Marketing Communication

Job Description :

• Develop marketing strategy for Cosmetic Brand (Dunia Kosmetik) and Product based on local insight including data analysis and in line with business direction
• Responsible for end-to-end execution of strategic campaigns including concept ideation, media and demand planning, go-to-market strategy, budget planning, and tracking
• Manage reporting and analysis across marketing campaigns, using data to drive better campaigns through a test and learn approach
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (creative, operations, business development, etc) and external stakeholders (vendors, partners, & merchants)
• Capable to develop the product and analyze the market demand
• Develop communications strategies and campaigns both online and offline platforms
• Find and maintain KOL / Influencer according to product needs, and Creating a Campaign to be implemented for KOL / Influencers

Requirement :

• Female
• Max. 28 Years Old
• Bachelor Degree from reputable university in Communication, Business, Public Relation, and Marketing
• Min. 2 Years of experiences as a MARKETING COMMUNICATION in retail business (beauty product)
• Having experience in Beauty Industry is more Preferred
• A well-developed eye for spotting winners and identifying product opportunities
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
• Must have a positive attitude, creative, proactive, fast learner, and leadership skill
• Understand FB Ads, Google Ads, and Tiktok Ads
• Excellent or Fluent English Skills Required
