PBESI merupakan salah satu organisasi esports di Indonesia yang diresmikan pada 18 Januari 2020. Ini menjadi momen yang bersejarah bagi esports Indonesia. Dengan adanya organisasi ini, seluruh elemen dalam ekosistem esports akan mendapat perhatian dan bisa menjadi lebih maju. Untuk periode 2020-2024, PBESI diketuai oleh Jenderal Pol. (P.) Prof. Dr. Budi Gunawan S.H., M.Si.

Ada beberapa tim yang sudah ada seperti AeroWolf, AlterEGO, AURA, Bigetron, BOOM Esports, Dranix, EVOS Esports, Flash Wolves, Geek FAM, Onic Esports, The Pillars, Victim Esports, RRQ dan masih banyak lagi. Tim esports ini kini memiliki wadah untuk saling mendukung, meskipun dalam turnamen akan menjadi lawan.

Perkembangan teknologi mendorong sebuah ekosistem terus meningkat. Salah satu industri yang berhasil lahir dari pesatnya perkembangan teknologi adalah olahraga dan ekosistem esports. Generasi muda yang memiliki semangat berpotensi untuk memungkinkan lahirnya atlet-atlet profesional di olahraga Esports. Mengembangkan dan mempromosikan ekosistem Esports yang stabil dan dapat membawa Indonesia menjadi pemimpin Esports di kawasan Asia.

Social Media Specialist Esports

Responsibilities

1. Develop social media strategy and planning for multiple official accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Youtube)
2. Conduct detailed analysis of social engagement performance and make actionable recommendations for both short-term and long-term perspectives
3. Efficiently execute publishing, tracking, and boosting tools in all social platforms
4. Provide competitive insights and conduct social media listening on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
5. Identify social content opportunities that drive customer, seller value, brandings, and communication.
6. Cooperate to define, execute strategy & planning roadmap, report, and projects
7. Manage and implement all organic social engagement campaigns across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Youtube)
8. Coordinate with other cross-functional departments like analytics, commercial, and product owners

Requirement

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience developing social media content for a company/brand or working experience at digital, advertising agencies, or startup.
2. Having experience in Esports is a plus.
3. Solid background in social media or digital media. All applicants should be able to show their portfolios in the application.
4. Familiar with all social media analytics and listening tools.
5. Highly skilled in online/social media communications.
6. Drive, competence, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
7. Agile and able to adapt quickly. Can operate in a high-growth business where change is constant, and flexibility is key to ensure success for the greater team
8. Comfortable with using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or Canva
