PAKO GROUP, merupakan anak perusahaan PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk dan Triputra Group yang bergerak di bidang usaha industri pembuatan komponen otomotif yaitu wheel rim (velg) untuk kendaraan roda empat dan sepeda motor. Selain itu kami juga memproduksi produk after market dengan merk dagang FORTIS dan AVANTECH yang telah tersebar di pasar spare part otomotif di Indonesia. Produk kami digunakan untuk pasar Original Equipment for Manufacturer (OEM) Indonesia dan ekspor dengan tujuan antara lain : Malaysia, Jepang, Italia, Hongaria, dan Thailand.

Human Resources Officer

1. Recruitment and Branding
  1. Manage recruitment processes to identify and attract qualified applicants for selection
  2. Build an employer branding program
  3. Actively building the talent database for future hiring needs
2. Talent and Performance Management
  1. Conduct skills gap analysis needs assessments through job analysis, career paths and consultation to identify and evaluate training needs
  2. Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement
  3. Manage Performance and Talent Management processes through the design and development of system standards and procedures
3. Learning and Development
  1. Strong knowledge about design and evaluation Training Programs.
  2. Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on company goals.
  3. Conduct skills gap analysis needs assessments through job analysis, career paths and consultation to identify and evaluate training needs
4. Organizational Development
  1. Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
  2. Develop organizational design and development strategies based on company goals
  3. Development Cuture
5. Industrial Relation
  1. Handling the Legal & Industrial Relation together with management
  2. Solve employment problems with applicable company Regulations in coordination with relevant departments
  3. Solid knowledge of Indonesia labor laws, rules & regulations, solicitor, and contract drafting

Job Requirement HR & IR

  1. Bachelor degree of Psychology or Law or Industrial/Educational Engineering min GPA 3.00
  2. At least 1 year(s) of working experience (fresh graduate are encourage to apply)
  3. Have a good analysis and logic of thinking
  4. Proactive, good at teamwork and able to work individualy
  5. Have a good communication & negotiation skill
