Awalnya pengembangan bandar udara hanya menerima pemasukan yang didapatkan dari kegiatan penerbangan. Namun seiring dengan perkembangannya bandara kini tidak lagi hanya dijadikan sebagai tempat beroperasinya operator maskapai pesawat udara dan naik turunnya penumpang semata, lebih luas lagi peran bandara telah bergeser menjadi pusat kegiatan perekonomian, penunjang kegiatan pariwisata, serta perdagangan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan non-aeronautika yang mana melibatkan beragam sektor seperti hotel, logistik, dan juga properti layaknya sebuah kota yang kemudian disebut sebagai konsep Airport City.

1. Legal Business Officer

Qualifcation

  1. Max. age 30 years old
  2. Min. possess Bachelor degree in Law (preferably focus on business law)
  3. At least 2 years working experience in the related field
  4. Have relevant certification (preferred)
  5. Understand legal business (line property)
  6. Strong in Legal Opinion
  7. Excellent in Drafting Contract
  8. Good command in English, both written and verbal
  9. A year for initial stage with subject to permanent
  10. Reporting to Legal Affair Manager
  11. Willing to be placed at Head Office Central Jakarta

2. Recruitment and Assessment Officer

Qualification

  1. Max age 30 years old
  2. Minimum possess Bachelor degree in Psychology
  3. At least 3 years working experience in the related field
  4. Have relevant certification (preferred)
  5. Able to use psychological test tools
  6. Understand the flow of assessment center processes
  7. Familiar with nine box analysis tool and competence dictionary
  8. Strong interview skills
  9. Understand the structure of the human personality
  10. Passionate in People and Sensitive
  11. Good command in English, both written and verbal
  12. A year for initial stage with subject permanent
  13. Reporting to Organizational and Talent Manager
  14. Willing to be placed at Head Office Central Jakarta

3. Organizational and People Development Officer

Qualification

  1. Max age 30 years old
  2. Min possess Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources Management, Psychology
  3. At least 3 years working experience in the related field
  4. Have relevant certification (preferred)
  5. Understand the flow of human resource processes
  6. Strong organizational and planning skills
  7. Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures
  8. Strong analytical and innovative approach
  9. Passionate in People and Conceptual Thinking
  10. Good command in English, both written and verbal
  11. A year for initial stage with subject to permanent
  12. Reporting to Organizational and Talent Manager
  13. Willing to be placed at Head Office Central Jakarta

4. Software Development Officer

Qualification

  1. Max. age 30 years old
  2. Minimum possess Bachelor degree in Information Technology or System Information
  3. At least 2 years working experience in the related field
  4. Understand information system development cycle
  5. Understand system development by Framework Code Igniter (is a plus)
  6. Understand System Mobile Apps development by Flutter (is a plus)
  7. Understand Managing Database by Maria Db/MySQL or PostgreSQL
  8. Understand Network and Desktop Computer Management (is a plus)
  9. Good command in English, both written and verbal
  10. A year for initial stage with subject to permanent
  11. Reporting to Information Technology Manager
  12. Willing to be placed at Head Office Central Jakarta
