1. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)
Qualifications

1. Experience in Management or similar / relavan field
2. Min degree in Management/Business/Industrial Engineer (Fresh Graduate)
3. Comprehensive knowledge of Ms. Office
4. Strong verbal and written presentation skills
5. Excelent math and computational ability
6. Target Oriented
7. Effective communication skills
8. Able to communicate in English

2. Sewing Line Supervisor
Responsibilities :

1. Conduct daily meetings with cell personnel to achieve production target by discussing the following but not limited to RFT and Efficiency
2. Update and coordinate the WIP, Machine downtime, Output per line designation
3. Update and coordinate with PPC for timely arrival of material according to its schedule so an alternative action can be done in case of late delivery or arrival
4. Update and coordinate with the technical head for idea to have the better solution into the sewing line and for line balancing to eliminate the high WIP n the sewing line
5. Update and coordinate offline and shipment dates every month or every week (if necessary) to avoid any delay and short shipment

Requirements :

1. Minimum Diploma or Equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience at the same position in Garment manufacturing
3. Leadership, discipline, attention to detail, independence and willingness to work under pressure
4. Preferably Senior specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
5. Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel.
6. Must have strong work ethic, be highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive

3. HSE Officer
Responsibilities :

1. Monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations
2. Develop programs to assure company and employee’s safety
3. Conduct daily safety patrol inspection
4. Trains and carries out drills and exercise on how to manage emergency situation
5. Establishes safety standards, policies and conduct job hazards/Aspects and impacts as needed
6. Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventive measures
7. Conduct investigation and make report for all accidental and near-misses

Requirements :

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree
2. Have a general AK3 certificate
3. Able to speak in English (comprehensive & understand)
4. Familiar with Heaith & Safety standard and regulations
5. Familiar with OHSAS-18001
6. Knowledgeable & experience in ISO 45001/1ISO 14001/ISO 9001
7. Have planning and organizing skills

4. IE Officer
Responsibilities :

1. Improve industrial process in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability with measurement, line balancing and develop effective production work methods to achieve production target and efficiency
2. Improve production process to achieve factory KPIs and buyers requirement
3. Ensure standard method and SMV’s are followed and consistently implemented
4. Communicate to HQ for any discrepancy.
5. Propose and implement projects

Requirements :

1. Graduate of Bachelor in Science in Industrial Engineering or related courses
2. Minimum 1-2 years work experience with the same role
3. Must Fluent in English
4. Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Excel, etc.
5. Full-Time position(s) available.

5. Merchandiser
Responsibilities :

1. Responsible to follow up approval sample shipment to buyer
2. Monitor BR for assigned style
3. Monitoring development trim card
4. Follow up and monitor sample garment testing and report
5. Daily update sample status in Production-Sample Line
6. Check and review production trim card
7. Conduct PPR meeting with productioon

Requirements :

1. Candidate at least Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
2. Min 1 Year Experience in same position is a plus
3. Having experience in garment industry is preferred
4. Fresh graduated are welcome
5. Able to communicate in English (verbal and writing)
6. Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Excel, etc.
