1. Business Planning Analyst

Job Description

  • Key person for financial analysis and controlling
  • Develops recommendation from complex data and business analyses and formulates them into financials
  • Establishes the metrics required to measure business performance, and recommends the go-forward strategy to address performance gaps
  • Comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic business decision
  • First point of contact for Technology budget

Requirements

  • Preferably experience FP&A or in a budgeting role for at least 3 years as a senior staff / supervisor
  • Soft skill wise, preferably resilient and flexible
  • High logical thinking because BPA is the game of justification and finance sense
  • If possible exposure to developing system in oracle, power BI, or interested to leverage the team thrrough system improvements
2. Senior Payroll Manager

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor degree from accounting, taxation, Human Resources Management, or any related major
  • Have an excellent understanding in Taxation especially in calculation of PPh 21
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Have a strong analysis ability
  • Able to work on deadline basis
  • Familiar with some HR system, able to create and maintain database
3. Business Assurance Software Engineer

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience developing with languages such as Ruby, Python, Golang, SQL.
  • Experience and demonstrated skills in the Software Engineering lifecycle – planning, development, testing, deployment, operations and maintenance.
  • Experience deploying systems and into containerized environments.
  • Strong documentation and system diagramming skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent in relevant work experience.
  • Experience with cyber-security in online-marketplace settings is a plus.
4. Product Marketing Manager

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similar role
  • Background in marketing and has a capability in copywriting is a plus
  • Experienced in market analysis
  • Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
  • Working knowledge of web/ app analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, MoEngage)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Creative
  • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
  • *BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field
