DANA menargetkan dua kelompok pengguna utama yaitu perorangan dan pelaku bisnis.

1. Legal and Compliance Associate

Key Responsibilities

  1. Providing legal and regulatory advice
  2. Assisting legal & compliance division in managing legal risks arising from commercial contracts and the company’s activities
  3. Collaborating closely with various business units in ensuring the business operates smooth and sound


  1. Law Degree from a reputable Indonesia or overseas university, with 1-2 years experience working in a Law firm or a fintech company
  2. Knowledge able on basic corporate law, commercial contract review, investment law, etc
  3. Knowledge and/or interest in information and technology, IPR, basic financing and dispute is a plus point
  4. Good communication skills and self-motivated. Able to work in face-paced environment and under pressure
  5. Fluent in both written and spoken English
  6. Good project management and structured
2. People Acquisition Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  2. Determine selection criteria
  3. Source potential candidates through various recruitment channels
  4. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  5. Asses candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  6. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department


  1. Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, especially in tech industry
  2. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
3. Campaign Associate

Key Responsible

  1. Be the expert in configuring all types of campaign in back office
  2. Monitor the campaign performance
  3. Maintain good communication with several teams; product team, growth team, tech team and other campaign data report
  4. Always deliver according to the agreed SLA
