1. Staff Purchasing

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field
• 1 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or similar role
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating supplier proposals and cost data
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Experience working in a global organization
• Fluency in English
• Great organizational and planning skills
• Excellent networking and time management skills
• Have ability to work under pressure

2. Mandarin Translator

Qualification :

• Minimum D3 of any major (especially engineering or textile major)
• Good communication skill in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian
• Excellent people and organizational skill, team work and well-organized multitasking

3. Marketing Executive (Fluent English)

Qualification :

• D3/S1 all majors with min GPA 2.75
• Communicative both verbal & writing.
• Good communication skill in Mandarin, English or both
• Able to work with a team
• Have good negotiation skills
• Have good time management
• Have interest and/or product knowledge about business and textile products

4. Staff Accounting

Qualification :

• Education min. D3/S1 Accounting/Economics/Financial report management
• Have basic skills on financial reports, cash flow, and can make financial reports
• Thorough, detailed, tenacious, responsive, responsible and has good analysis
• Familiar with SAP system
• Ex KAP Big 4 is priority

5. SAP Abap

Qualification :

• Experienced in SAP Developer/ Programmer
• Have experience in SAP Tables, FIELDS, Domains
• Experienced in SQL Trace, SAP run time analysis, debugging, ABAP queries, info sets
• Experienced in dialog programming, ALV Reporting, Smart forms, User Exit, BADI, Interface with 3rd Party Application (RFC, Webservice, IDOC, REST API, SFTP)
• Experience in manufacturing process is preferred
• Willing to work Fulltime / Freelance

6. Admin Export Import

Qualification :

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, international trade, logistics, or a related field is often preferred
• Strong understanding of export/import processes, including documentation requirements, customs compliance, and shipping logistics.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to export/import administration, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, logistics software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Collaborating with internal teams (such as sales, procurement, production) and external stakeholders (such as customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping carriers) to facilitate smooth operations.
• Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and documentation related to export/import transactions.
