Kerja sama kedua perusahaan ini berfokus pada elektronik segmentasi penjualan produk yang diproduksi oleh Hitachi untuk seluruh Indonesia. Dalam rangka untuk melakukan aktivitas bisnis PT. HMSI kantor pusatnya di Kaya Palace Ruko Blok D1 & D2, Jalan Meruya Ilir Raya No. 36 – 40 Kembangan dan memiliki 4 kantor cabang utama yang terletak di Surabaya, Medan, Balikpapan dan memiliki kerjasama dengan hampir 500 dealer di Indonesia.

1. Branch Manager

Responsibilities

  • Create & Execute the branch business plan.
  • Responsible for branch performance in sales & operational.
  • Manage & Develop team.
  • Responsible for Develop business expansion in the area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in marketing/Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • Min.3 years experience in reiated field (prefer in Electronics).
  • Excellent with Microsoft Office (especially Excel (Sum if, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc).

Personality Requirements

  • Exceptional years’ experience in Sales and Marketing.
  • Proactive, strategic, creative, initiative and persistence.
  • Strong networking, well organized, and planning skill.
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written, and nonverbal) in Bahasa and English.
  • Can Do character and strong will to achieve the target.
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking, detailed oriented, strong in numbers.
2. Branch Sales

Responsibilities

  • Create & Execute the branch business plan.
  • Responsible for branch performance in sales & operational.
  • Manage & Develop team.
  • Responsible for Develop business expansion in the area Central Java.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in marketing/Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • Min. 3 years experience in related field (prefer in Electronics)
  • Excellent with Microsoft Office (especially Excel (Sum if, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc).

3. Sales Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Identifies, evaluates, and pursues business opportunities with partners or potential dealers/distributors (Traditional & Modern Market) across Indonesia.
  • Coordinates related departments to implement marketing initiatives,
  • Develop sales of products and services by analyzing and resolving problems,
  • Conduct regular review and market research to establish Business Development strategy.
  • Perform related administrative support (sales pipeline, report, proposal, quotation, and business presentation)

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Management, Economics, Marketing or Equivalent.
  • Prior working experience in home appliances/electronic company as a Business Development.
  • A MUST strong wide networking/link with dealers/distributors/stores home appliances.
  • At least 3 years of working experience as business development required for this position.
  • Having strong strategic and analytical skills,
  • Advance in Microsoft Office (especially Excel (Sum if, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc).

4. Sales Representative

Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize marketing and promotional activities to increase sales volume.
  • Call, visit, and meet existing/prospective dealers/distributors.
  • Maintain and build relationship with deaters/distributors.
  • Strategizing and analyzing sales in the area.
  • Responsible for achieving key targets.

Requirements

  • Prefer have experience in sales / Marketing of home appliances/electronic.
  • Experience in sales within 1 – 2 years is preferred in related field.
  • Honest, responsible, and hardworking.
  • Self-motivated and very committed.
  • Extrovert, bold, problem-solver arid excellent communication (verbal & non-verbal).
  • Abie to do multitasking.
  • Strong interest In sales, highly motivated person, can work under minimum supervision
  • Fast learner
