1. Finance AR/AP Staff

Job Descriptions

  1. Report account payable for periodically
  2. Responsible to do bank payment process
  3. Bookkeeping accounting and review for reimbursement
  4. Preparing tax administration and bank reconcilliation
  5. Do all administration for account payable needed
  6. Prepare and issue payments
  7. Check incoming cash in bank for all banks
  8. Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  9. Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording account receivable’s data
  10. Prepare bills and invoices
  11. Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
  12. Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
  13. Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
  14. Generate financial statements and reports detailing account receivable status

Qualifications

  1. Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting/Finance/Economics
  2. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related fields is required for this position
  3. Able to work in a fast paced & multi-tasking environment
  4. Strong Computer Skills(s): Ms. Word & Ms. Excel
  5. High degree of accuracy & attention to detail
  6. Have strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects, & able to work overtime if required
  7. Willing to be placed in PIK, North Jakarta
  8. Able to join immediately
2. Training Staff

Responsibilities

  1. Identifying training needs and providing improvement ideas on programs and activities
  2. Delivering full training cycle needed for all Warehouse Staff
  3. Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods
  4. Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
  5. Review learner’s performance using proper assessment instruments
  6. Maintaining records and providing participants with feedback

Requirements

  1. Male/Female, maximum age 30 years old
  2. Candidate must posses at least Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psychology/Industrial Engineering/Education Science is required with a minimum GPA of 3.0
  3. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related fields is required for this position
  4. Familiar with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
  5. Proven ability to train with more focus on functional topics
  6. Strong teamwork skills, in addition to independent working and relationship management
  7. Advanced Microsoft office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  8. Willing to be placed in PIK, North Jakarta
  9. Able to join immediately
3. Tech Networking Infrastructure Staff

Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and support network availability, reliability, scalability, and security
  2. Work closely with the external vendors/providers, IT service desk, and IT infrastructure
  3. Assist head office to implement network management system (implementation, monitoring, provisioning, and automation)
  4. Monitoring, maintenance & Manage Health server physical and virtual
  5. Maintenanance on Server and network infrastructure
  6. Testing and evaluating new technologies
  7. Hands on with Access point, switch and router
  8. Monitoring data centre status in daily basis ( including performance server and storage )
  9. Hands on UNIX or Linux Operating systems, and/or networking hardware
  10. Able to write technical documentation

Requirement

  1. Maximum age 30 years old
  2. Candidate must posses at least Bachelor Degree (S1) from Electro Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science or any related discipline
  3. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related fields is required for this position, Fresh Graduate are Welcome to Apply
  4. Good interpersonal and communications skills to interact effectively at all levels
  5. Proficient in networking concept (TCP/IP, OSI Layer, Subnetting, Routing, Switching, NAT)
  6. Having adequate knowledgeable in DNS server, load balancer, Mikrotik , Juniper, Fortiget and F5
  7. Hands-on experience in Windows server administration and basic knowledge in Linux server administration
  8. Have a good knowledge and experience on IT (Hardware, Software, Networking, Server)
  9. Having certified CCNA,CCNP, MTCNA ,FCNSA, etc would be a plus
  10. Fluent in English, Mandarin language will be advantage
  11. Wiling be placement in Pantai Indah Kapuk
