PT (Persero) Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung atau PT. JIEP adalah perseroan terbatas milik Pemerintah Republik Indonesia dan Pemerintah Propinsi DKI Jakarta dengan porsi kepemilikan saham masing-masing 50%. PT. JIEP yang berlokasi di Pulogadung Jakarta Timur, didirikan pada tanggal 26 Juni 1973 dengan Akte nomor127 oleh NotarisAbdul Latief di Jakarta. Perusahaan telah beberapa kali mengalami perubahan Anggaran Dasar, terakhir berdasarkan Keputusan Bersama para Pemegang Saham tanggal 8 Oktober 2004 dan diaktakan dengan Akte Notaris Betsail Mentajana, SH nomor 6 tanggal 21 Maret 2005 yang mencakup antara lain mengenai perubahan modal disetor perusahaan. Akte perubahan telah mendapatkan pengesahan dari Menteri Kehakiman dan Hak Asasi Manusia RI. No C-08755 HT.01.04.TH.2005 tanggal 1 April 2005

PT. JIEP merupakan perusahaan pengelola Kawasan Industri pertama di Indonesia, yang pada awalnya bertugas menyediakan Tanah Kapling Industri (TKI) dan semua fasilitas industri yang tertata dengan baik bagi para investor yang akan melakukan investasi di bidang manufacturing. Pada perkembangan selanjutnya dan sesuai dengan tuntutan pasar, PT. JIEP melaksanakan diversifikasi sekaligus perluasan usaha dengan membangun secara bertahap bangunan sewa seperti Bangunan Pabrik Siap Pakai (BPSP) 1 s/d 4 lantai, Pergudangan (tertutup dan terbuka),Transit Warehouse, Sarana Usaha Industri Kecil (SUIK), serta bangunan pendukung lainnya. 1. Accounting & Financial Analyst

General Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diloma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university with excellent academic record
  • Minimum 1 year experience, fresh graduate are wellcome to apply
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing deliverables
  • Strong interpersonal kills and ability to work on a team, can build and maintain relationships with cross-functional departments
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • A self to work who displays a high level of initiative – willing to go above and beyond tasks and projects, seeks out the “why” behind deliverables and suggest proces improvemets.
  • Excellent in presentation skills
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English with strong written and oral communication skills in both languages.

Spesific Requirements

  • Proficient in accounting
  • Having experience in accounting firm of handling financial reporting with audit background
  • Proficient use of Ms. Office programs (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) is essentials
  • Experience working within a general ledger system (Oracle is a plus)
2. Tax Officer

General Requirements

  • Candidate mus posess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree’s in Fiscal/Administration/Tax/Accounting/Management from reputable university with excellent academic record
  • Minimum of 2 years in tax position
  • Proficient use computer and Ms. Office program (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) is essential
  • A passion to learn the business and grow in the role
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing deliverables
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work on a team; can build and maintain relationships with cross-functional departments.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • A self to work who displays a high level of initiative – willing to go above and beyond tasks and projects, seeks out the “why” behind deliverables and suggest proces improvemets.

  • Having experience in tax consultant
  • Familiar with Accounting System
  • Familiar with e-Faktur
  • Certified in Brevet A&B
  • Good knowledge of local tax regulation, handle VAT, WHT and CIT
3. Salex Executive

General Requirements

  • Candidate must porsses at leat Diploma or Bachelor Degree from reputable university with excellent academic record
  • Minimum of 1 year in Sales & Marketing
  • Experience in buiness and corporate law
  • Proficient use computer and Ms. Office programs (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) is essential
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing deliverables
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work on a team; can build and maintain relationships with cross-functional departments.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • A self starter who displays a high level of initiative – willing to go above and beyond tasks and projects, seeks out the “why” behind deliverables and suggest proces improvemets.
  • Excellent in presentation skills
