Sebagai perusahaan investasi asing yang berlokasi di Tanjung Priok, kami menyediakan kapasitas terminal tangki independen untuk industri minyak untuk penyimpanan dan penanganan produk minyak cair mereka. 1. Electrical & Instrumentation Technician

Requirements:

  • Diploma in relevant discipline with GPA min 2.75 in scale of 4.00.
  • Ability to read, understand and knowledge of instrumentation and electrical drawings.
  • Min. 5 years experience in maintenance of instrumentation and electrical equipment, preferably in Petrochemical industry.
  • Able to speak and write in English.
  • Having certification K3 Listrik (Electrical) & PLC is good advantages

Key Result Areas :

  • Must be qualified to perform corrective maintenance and trouble shooting range of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
  • With the Helpers, to perform Preventive Maintenance as per Working Instruction and as per Work Order schedule.
  • Always report the spare parts that have been used and to keep track of consumables material.
  • Prepare after–work records for future reference of maintenance work performed in the Department.
  • Actively participate in keeping the safe, healthy and secure work environment and also environmentally friendly.
  • Conduct SOR and safety talks in the field; intervene and directly take corrective actions if needed.
  • Report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, near misses, incidents and accident immediately to Team Leader on duty and SHEQ Manager and create a clear
  • report with detailed description and pictures (if possible).
  • Approach colleagues, management, contractors and third parties and give feedback on their (safety) behaviour.
  • Initiate and follow-up improvements in the area of SHEQ.
  • Correctly follow all Maintenance & Engineering procedures and instructions.
  • Able to work independently under less supervision.

Key Performance Indicator :

  • Full compliance to Vopak Fundamentals.
  • Zero LTI (Lost Time Injury) and achieving the yearly targets set.
  • Ability to work independently with less supervision and lead the Helpers to prioritize the closing of work orders, number of breakdown cases and no delay of maintenance schedules.
  • Number of well executed and correctly reported SOR’s.
  • Number UA, UC, NM, incidents and accidents that are reported and in detail reported in Enablon.
2. Procurement Officer

Requirements:

  • Willing to be a contract employee for 1 year (Fix Term Employee)
  • Bachelor Degree in Economic/Finance/ Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in Procurement
  • Willing to placement in Merak, Banten

Key Result Areas:

  • Ensure Procurement Functions operate within Vopak requirements.
  • Accountable and responsible for managing vendors/ 3rd parties.
  • Negotiation with vendors and cost savings initiatives.
  • Responsible to follow up on purchase order to vendors ensuring that all orders are delivered on promised data.
  • Supporting terminal operations by maintaining good communication and improving good team work with all respective departments.
  • Responsible to check documents before approval process and monitor the documents in internal Vopak.
  • Comply with PT. Vopak Terminal merak safety health environment policy.

3. Commercial Manager
  • Development and execution of Sales and Marketing plans to maximize market opportunities
  • Manage relationship with existing and potential customer
  • Seek future market expansion opportunities
  • Manage and develop team to achieve business targets
  • Understanding customer needs and optimizing on pricing policy and service offerings
  • Ensure appropriate advertising & promotions activities and events
  • Ensure departmental account and enquires are managed effectively by team and work improvement process is in place
  • Accurately analyze market trends and pursue opportunities for developing market plans and strategies for implementation consistent with company’s positioning strategy, market trends and analysis.
  • Gathering market intelligence and making competitive market analysis
  • Managing key interdepartmental relationship
  • Initiate and develop new projects (third party business : new product storage & industrial business)
  • Seek out new business opportunities as per sales and marketing plans
  • Participate in RAM preparations and sessions
  • This role is also a member of the local OpCo Management Team.
  • Actively participate in keeping the safe, healthy and secure work environment and also environmentally friendly.
  • Have safety talks in the field during SOR’s;

Experience, Skills & Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university.
  • Minimum of 7 years commercial sales experiences in the petroleum industry or associated industry (storage bulk liquids).
  • Experience in leading and managing Commercial Sales Team.
  • Current knowledge of local market and regulatory conditions in the petroleum sector.
  • Experience working with (International) customers in a business-to-business environment.
  • Experience in relevant industry with deep business process related understanding of technician and operational process, initiatives, market trends, and industry pricing structure.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate; prioritize, meet deadlines; multi-task.
  • Business Development, Business Analyst & Project Management experience.
  • Experience in managing Customer Relationship at a strategic level.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Organizational savvy, business acumen, strategic thinking resource fullness, creativity and networking skills.
