1. IT Support Staff

Main Responsibility

  1. Support ERP (MCFrame) & MES daily operation.
  2. Perform IT support & incident handling for end user devices.
  3. Perform daily, weekly & monthly checking of IT services.
  4. Provide data & support for IT procurement, then perform equipment, consumables & asset monitoring.
  5. Perform IT equipment & system usage training for end users.
  6. Input, update & maintain IT daily operation data.
  7. Contributing to achieve action plan and target in Manufacturing Division.
  8. Contributing to increase working productivities (more effective and efficient) using IT.
  9. Supporting to Kaizen, HSE and Compliance Committees.
  10. Complying with any law and regulation.
  11. Communicating smoothly and frequently with any persons both inside and outside of company.
  12. To comply with other instruction/jobs by direct superior.

Requirements

  1. Minimum education D3 (Dipioma) in Information Technology related major.
  2. Placement in MM2100, Cibitung.
  3. Open for 1 to 3 years of experience as IT support or IT generalist.
  4. Good understanding of IT network configuration and operation.
  5. Capable to perform network diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  6. Good knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching and VLAN.
  7. Experience of handling IT equipments such as Cisco devices (access points, router, L3 switch, L2 switch), Fortinet devices (firewall).
  8. Experience of network project such as LAN and WiFi installation.
  9. Capable to perform installation, configuration, diagnostics and troubleshooting for Windows computers.
  10. Capable to support users in operating office appliances such as office365, antivirus, email, printers and projector.
  11. Capable of creating network topology & diagram, to visualize network architecture.
  12. Good command in English and good communication skills.
  13. Have Problem solving and time management skills.

2. HR and GA Supervisor

Main Responsibility

  1. To be responsible for the running of employee training and development, including but not limited to performance evaluation, organizational development, and training needs analysis.
  2. To be responsible for the running of harmonious Industrial Relations.
  3. To ensure that the environment, buildings, and infrastructure are taken care and maintained.
  4. To be responsible for the availability of communication services, maintenance of work safety and security.
  5. To provide suggestions for improvements to the company’s operations on a regular basis.
  6. To carry out and support other tasks assigned by superiors.
  7. To learn and practice the safety rules that apply in the work unit and the company in general.

Requirements

  1. Open for male/female.
  2. Placement in MM2100, Cibitung.
  3. Has experience minimum 3 year in the same field
  4. Education Min. Associate Degree (D3) from Law, Psychology, or Management
  5. Has trained in HR and/or GA Basic Management
  6. Has knowledge in Training Needs Analysis
  7. Has knowledge in Organization Development
  8. Good command in English
  9. Has knowledge of the latest Labour Laws
  10. Has knowledge of law and government
  11. Has knowledge of customer service and hospitality
  12. Has knowledge of buildings and construction
  13. Has knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health.
  14. Having BNSP Certified HR Supervisor (CHRS) is an added value
  15. Attention to details, especially for IT documentation and administration.
  16. Willing to work on shift 2.

3. Maintenance Foreman

Main Responsibility

  1. To execute preventive maintenance procedures on building and mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis.
  2. To clean and inspect utility facilities with appropriate chemicals (boiler, compressor, WTP, WWIP, Chiller, cooling tower, HVAC, etc).
  3. To calibrate and repair pneumatic system.
  4. To repair or replace parts of factory building.
  5. To fill in building maintenance checklists, and equipment maintenance procedures property, and to keep records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
  6. To operate computers for the purpose of controlling and monitoring mechanical equipment and utility systems.
  7. To install electrical wiring and equipment, including but not limited to new or replacement electrical wiring.
  8. To repair electrical equipment and control circuits, including but not limited to faulty electrical switches or repair of refrigeration equipment.
  9. To repair any electrical equipment and control panel to maintain building security.
  10. To respond to urgent requests for maintenance and repair tasks.
  11. To assist supervising renovation and remodelling of factory building.
  12. To calculate estimated parts supplies, repair parts, and order spare parts if needed.

Requirements

  1. Willing to be placed in Kawasan Industri MM2100, Cibitung.
  2. Willing to work in shift.
  3. Minimum education D3 majoring in Industrial Engineer or Electrical Engineer.
  4. Minimum experiences 2 years in the same field.
  5. Having Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) knowledge.
  6. Having refrigerant cooling system knowledge.
  7. Must have good command in English
  8. Having basic building and construction knowledge.
  9. Having Occupational Health and Safety knowledge.
  10. Computer literate.
  11. Communicate to others to convey information effectively.
  12. Having SIO boiler/Crane more preferred.

4. Production Foreman

Main Responsibility

  1. As Foreman production shall be follow working safety policy.
  2. Ensure all production area in hygiene condition, follow 5 S role.
  3. Understanding and ensure all operator will be follow CCP and OPRP program in production area.
  4. Ensure and contro! prerequisite program implement in production area.
  5. Manage production shift schedule based on PPIC planning.
  6. Ensure and control machine and equipment of production.
  7. Reporting production output and material usage.

Requirements

  1. Open for male/female.
  2. Placement in MM2100, Cibitung.
  3. Has experience minimum 2 year in the same field.
  4. Education Min. Associate degree (D3) majoring Biology, Chemical, Foods Technology, Management Industry, Engineering.
  5. More advantage if have training certificate in FSSC 22000, HAS, and experience using production system both in reporting (MES) and operate production system using SCADA.
  6. Good command in English (oral and written).
  7. Has knowledge of customer service and hospitality.
  8. Has knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health.
