Job Descriptions

  1. Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy for Indonesia market, also the South Asia
    (SA) market
  2. Conduct end-to-end recruitment, from source and recruit candidates by using job portal, databases, social media, etc, include preparing recruitment materials, unt! on-boarding.
  3. Conduct and coordinate the interview process using various reliable selection methods to filter candidates.
  4. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  5. Provide analytically and well-documented recruiting reports to company management.
  6. Act asa point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
    Manage day-to-day HR operation in Indonesia, including employee performance reviews, people development, compony regulation.
  7. Responsible for employee development process at all levels.
  8. Build and maintain a positive work environment.
  9. Supervise and manage employee performance appraisal system.
  10. Analyze training needs based on performance issues and other potential needs as well as

Requirement

  1. Minimum bachelor’s degree majoring in Psychology, Communication, HR Management, etc.
  2. Minimum 3 years experience in R&D talent recruitment, preferably with a headhunting background.
  3. GPA must be 3.30+, have good average score for high school examination (Ujian Nasional SMA).
  4. Fluent in English, con work with a cross-cultural team across the world.
  5. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  6. Adaptable and resourceful, con recruit across a variety of positions, especially positions for overseas placement, IT,technology, e-commerce
  7. Passionate about gaming, prior experience in the technology industry preferred.
  8. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
