1. Compensation & Benefit Manager
Requirements

  1. Min. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
  2. Min. five years of related experience required.
  3. Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
  4. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, good with numbers and spreadsheets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

2. Learning & Development Associate
Requirements

  1. Passionate in HR, training and developing people
  2. Min. 5 years experience in HR or related roles.
  3. Strong analytical skill and fluent in using excel/spreadsheets
  4. Fluent in English, preferable in writing.
  5. Good public speaking and training skills.
  6. Experience in using SAP Successfactors is preferred.

3. Talent Acquisiton (Tech) Associate
Requirement

  1. Strong hiring experience with min 2 years specifically in hiring for Tech Positions (Engineering, Product, Data, Design) in all levels from junior to expert.
  2. Min. Bachelor’s degree from any major.
  3. Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
  4. Strong organisational skills with a focus on details and accuracy.
  5. A high degree of flexibility; proven ability to plan, organise, and manage multiple complex projects, and to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in the organisation & communicate effectively regarding sensitive & confidential matters.
  7. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.

4. Talent Acquisiton Manager
Requirements

  1. Min. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or relevant field, plus at least 4 years of relevant administrative and recruitment experience.
  2. Strong experience in a leadership role within Talent Acquisition.
  3. Knowledgeable of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
  4. A high degree of flexibility; proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple complex projects, and to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in the organization & communicate effectively regarding sensitive & confidential matters.
  6. Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and customer-service orientation skills, with the motivation and ability to function independently or as a Team Leader.
  7. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written (especially content writing skills for Employee Branding would be a plus).
  8. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.

5. Talent Management Associate
Requirement

  1. Passionate in HR and developing people
  2. 1-2 experiences in HR or related roles.
  3. Strong Microsoft skills, especially for excel.
  4. Fluent in English, preferable in writing.
  5. Experience in using SAP Successfactors is preferred.
