1. Buyer & Customer Service

Responsibility :

  • Arranging the customer orders
  • Conduct purchasing activities & preparing goods based on customer orders (PO or Forecast)
  • Conduct administration or documentation for purchasing and delivery activities
  • Support Sales team
  • Working alongside with Logistic Department for incoming and outgoing goods
  • Monitoring forecast levels or demand to meet the business needs and keep a constant check on stock levels
  • Conduct research to ascertain delivery schedules and cost
  • Liaise with suppliers, manufactures, relevant internal divisions and costumers
  • Maintain good relationship with Suppliers and Costumers

Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s Degree from all major
  • Has minimum 2 years experiences in Purchasing or Logistic
  • Has negotiation, administration
  • Strong Leadership, honest, and high integrity

2. Technician – PCB

Job Description :

  • Establish production maintenance system weather emergency or preventive maintenance
  • Controlling machine performance
  • Product Analysis Failure & Repair the product from internal defect or claim customer
  • Analyze and do improvement for quality problem in production line
  • Control for overall production line condition in relation to the quality matter
  • Control machine performance to support production line
  • Carry out any other related jobs, such as directed by superior
  • Self development improvement in special improvement project team

Requirements

  • Last education D3 in : Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical)
  • Have knowledge about PLC Programming, Electrical Wiring, Programming language
  • Have knowledge about production activity, Quality, Cost, 4M, PDCA, 5S
  • Strong Leadership, honest, and high integrity, computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  • High motivation to learn and Good sense of improvement
  • Good communication, negotiation skill & analytical thinking ability
  • Good spoken & written in English

3. Corporate Planning Supervisor

Job Description :

  • Make budget & quarterly forecast
  • Check update actual data PL internal, fixed cost, investment by receive and by payment
  • Check draft of OMI and AFCP monthly report
  • Update OMI Management Rules and monitor business activity
  • Make draft of annual Shareholder report and Director report
  • Control and update CP database
  • Support Accounting section of budget, forecast and latest estimation data for monthly actual financial statement
  • Support AFCP Dept. to comply with ISO, 5S and K3
  • Support HR for making article in relation with OMI activities

Requirements

  • Last education Min. S1 all major (preference Accounting, Finance, Business Management)
  • Have experience as Corporate Planning
  • Having skill : Budgeting, strategic planning, financial analyst
  • Detail oriented, strong leadership, and high integrity
  • High motivation to learn and good sense of improvement
  • Good communication & analytical thinking ability
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Good spoken & written in English (Min. Score TOEIC 600)

4. General Affair – Utility Leader

Responsibility:

  • Support Utility Supervisor’s KPI achievement
  • Conduct Annual maintenance budget plan
  • Control and monitoring maintenance plan execution
  • Data analyzing for all utility equipment
  • Lead utility project
  • Improve equipment performance in term of QCD aspect
  • Create good relation between company and vendor

  • Last education D4/S1 in Technical background
  • Fresh graduate welcome
  • Have knowledge of Problem analysis, data processing and logical thinking

5. Accounting Supervisor

Job Description :

  • Overseeing daily transactions, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger
  • Primarily accountable to manage General Accounts including Accrual Expense and Provision item
  • Monitoring Long Outstanding Balance Sheet Accounts
  • Ensures timely accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and year end General Accounts Report.
  • Monitor and supervise the team to ensure the financial reports deadlines are meet.
  • Ensuring that the company maintains compliance with accounting legislation
  • Analyze financial statement to ensure accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting practices
  • Liaise with external auditor for Yearly Financial Audit
  • Ensure accounting processes are properly executed and assist process improvement when necessary

Requirements

  • Last education Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting / Economics
  • Minimum 2 year experience as accounting supervisor, preferable in manufacturing company
  • Familiar with Kawasan Berikat & Gudang Berikat and its implication to tax matter
  • Good understanding of tax, brevet certificate is required (minum AB)
  • Good understanding of PSAK and general accounting
  • Proactive, team oriented
  • Ability to follow up on time sensitive issue
  • Strong administrative, numeracy & procedural skill
  • Analytical thinking
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
