1. Secretary
Job Desc

  1. Handling administration task in Office Plant
  2. Assist Superiors to supporting administration process
  3. Create and arrange meeting schedules according to needs
  4. Communicate with other Department to coordinate work (including coordinating with related parties)
  5. Perform correspondence, filling document
  6. Reporting work according to target
  7. Perform other work to assist/support the work of the Plant Manager
  8. Perform other related tasks, including handling short-term and long-term projects developed in the Company

Requirements

  1. Male, max 30 years old
  2. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in All Majors min GPA 3.00
  3. Min 2 years experiences as Secretary/Personal Assistant/Admin;
  4. Preferably domiciled in Palembang
  5. Familiar and have handling administration document, administration schedule
  6. Can operating Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Ms Excel, Ms PPT, Outlook)
  7. Able to work independently, target orientation and detail
  8. Good communication skill in verbal and written, English preferred
  9. Good personality, honest, authoritative and have high morale, initiative

  1. Handling implementation of talent acquisition process
  2. Handling implementation of people development program
  3. Assist Superiors to supporting OD process
  4. Develop organization chart and job description
  5. Develop HROD policy/SOP
  6. Develop & monitoring key performance indicator (KPI);
  7. Communicate with others Department to coordinate OD Project
  8. Perform OD administration & implementation
  9. Conduct employee programs for the benefit of the employee and company
  10. Conduct vision, mission and corporate values programs
  11. Perform other related tasks, including handling short-term and long-term projects developed in the Company

Requirements

  1. Female/Male, max 35 years old
  2. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology/ Industrial Engineering/Management min GPA 3.00
  3. Min 4 years experiences as HROD/Talent Management
  4. Preferably having experienced working in oil & gas/energy/manufacturing/mining
  5. Familiar and have handling job design, talent management, IDP, HRIS, Policy/SOP, and employee matrix
  6. Assist Superiors to implemented OD project
  7. Can operating Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Ms Excel, Ms PPT, Outlook)
  8. Able to work independently, target orientation and detail

3. Sr. Legal Counsel (Assistant Manager)
Job Desc

  1. Monitoring of permits and company reporting obligations (including coordinating with government agencies) such as LKPM BKPM, NIB melalui OSS, dll
  2. Compiling and reviewing letters, documents and contracts including coordinating with legal consultants and notaries
  3. Perform contract administration (including coordinating with related parties)
  4. Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions for the benefit of the company
  5. Perform other work to assist/support the work of the Legal Manager
  6. Update on Laws and Regulations
  7. Updating to the Management on all changes in Law & Regulation;
  8. Perform other related tasks, including handling short-term and long-term projects or case

Requirements

  1. Male / Female, max 39 years old
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Law min GPA 3.00
  3. More than 5 years experiences similar level as Sr. Legal Counsel
  4. Preferably having experienced working in a law firm
  5. Familiar and have handling Legal Corporate issues
  6. PERADI member (preferred)
  7. Have handled construction projects or administer operational contracts
  8. Experiences working in a public company (preferred)
  9. Assist Superiors to supporting administration process issues
  10. Report to Superiors related to legal case
  11. Can operating Microsoft Office
  12. Able to work independently and target orientation
  13. Good communication skill in verbal and written
