Bidang keahlian kami mencakup Konstruksi Mekanik total, mulai dari pra-fabrikasi hingga pemasangan di lokasi untuk proyek-proyek Minyak & Gas, Petrokimia, Pupuk, Listrik dan Utilitas Utama.

1. Technical Clerk
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma,.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office ( Excel, Office ) , reporting, administration
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)
  • Good communication skills, Agile, Fast Learning and able to adapt with new environment.
  • Take charge of all documents identification, classification and filling
  • Check and edit incoming documents and prepare for distribution
  • Create document filling and organizing system that are both effective and efficient
  • Make available, notify and distribute documents to relevant recipients
  • Collaborate and communicate with clients, managers and project leaders

Requirement:

  • Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English
  • Minimum five (1) years as Admin in the oil and gas sector.
  • Have good leadership, communication skill, problem solving and able to coaching and monitoring people
  • Excel Skill Capability
  • Willing to be place at Site.
2. HR Admin
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, reporting, human resource, recruitment, administration
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills, Agile, Fast Learning and able to adapt with new environment.
  • Provide administrative support to managers and management;
  • Review and update HR / Admin procedures and policies;

Requirement:

  • Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English
  • Minimum five (2) years as HR Admin in the oil and gas sector.
  • Have good leadership, communication skill, problem solving and able to coaching and monitoring people
  • Excel Skill Capability
  • Willing to be place at Site.
3. QC Inspector
  • Assisting development and updates quality control standards and procedures
  • Conducts visual and measurement tests, rejecting materials
  • Documents test/inspection results by completing reports and log.
  • Ensures equipment used within the test and inspection process is properly calibrated
  • Produces reports of defects and problems and makes sure remedial actions/follow-ups are carried out and closed out
  • Prepares inspection schedules to ensure delivery deadlines
  • Carries out site visits / audits and produces reports
  • Reports any breaches of safety procedures to supervision / management

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent
  • CSWIP 3.1 certificate
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in oil and gas sector.
  • Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English
  • Willing to be place at Site West Papua.
