Internal Firm Services (Talent Pool)/Trainee

A career in Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to make a difference at PwC by helping to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. You’ll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace.

1. Admin

Our team is led by the national administrative services team, which oversees executive assistants and team assistants, administrative support concierge, dual support specialists, office services, document production, meeting and events, and project management. Simply put, as part of our team you’ll help partners and staff comply with regulatory and PwC’s records management policies.

2. Business Development

Our team is a client focused group that is responsible for positioning the PwC brand and driving long term growth. You’ll work with sales and marketing teams to drive consistency in executing our client relationship, and business development strategy, as well as driving our sales framework to help deliver value on key business initiatives

3. Finance

A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You’ll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.

4. Human Capital

You’ll focus on engaging and hiring the most promising college students from campus and university. You’ll build on campus relationships with job seekers and candidates, while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of each business.

5. Knowledge & Management

A career in Knowledge Management, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to play an integral part of knowledge sharing across the PwC network so that we can continually provide better service to our clients. You’ll help organise and manage various sources of information as well as provide research support for internal and external clients.

6. Marketing & Communications (Events)

Our Events team identifies or plans targeted sales and marketing events that assists PwC expand its client base and enhance our brand. As part of our team, you’ll help arrange or identify relevant marketing events based on business needs and practice areas.

7. Marketing & Communications (Media)

Our Brand Management team leads external brand strategy development and implementation across multiple business units, media, social and digital channels. As part of the team, you’ll be involved with driving marketing programmes, branding events, corporate leadership seminars, public relations and business marketing forums.

Requirements

  • Last year student’s or recent graduates from reputable university
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Good attention to details
  • Being a good team player who enjoys working collaboratively with people from a variety of backgrounds
  • Active in organizational skills
  • Good adaptability in a dynamic working environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Available to have internship for 3 months full time
