1. Mechanical Rotating Engineer
Department/Project : TEP ONSHORE Project
Education : Engineering Degree in Mechanical
Working Experiences : More than 7 years in similar position or similar field
Working Status : Temporary / Contract
Work location : Papua
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  1. Assignment for full time office Site-based (Papua) as Mechanical Rotating equipment Field engineer to following up activity for various rotating equipment;
  2. Manage and resolve all technical issues that occur during site Construction and Commissioning
  3. Manage equipment design modifications due to Field Design Changes.
  4. Manage “Notification of P&ID Change (NPIC)” and update Master P&ID and Plot Plan for the related package equipment modifications.
  5. Review WTA (Work Transfer Authorization) work packs and Vendor NCR including verification of work completion.
  6. Review method statements prepared by Construction, Commissioning and Subcontractors.
  7. Manage and coordinate readiness of rotating equipment to be installed
  8. Review material delivery schedules provided by Logistics and Materials Manager in conjunction with Construction, Quality Control and Completion Groups.
  9. Participate to material inspections.
  10. Review Overage, Shortage and Damage (OSD) Reports.
  11. Monitor material requirement as per MTO and promote corrective actions to avoid any shortage of material due to design modifications at site.
  12. Provide technical/engineering assistance to Construction and Commissioning, participate to punch list close out and assist for the resolution of punch items.
  13. Coordination with other Engineering Discipline for site Issues related with rotating equipment.
  14. Coordinate mobilization of Vendor Representative to site and monitor their activities.
  15. Update the progress reports of site engineering issues for rotating equipment
  16. Monitoring close out of TQ, FDC, Red Line Mark Up, NCR, Site Instruction/Wor
    Transfer Authority & Site Punchlist for rotating equipment.

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

  1. Machinery Engineer -Rotating Equipment with Petrochemical, refinery or Oil & Gas experience.
  2. Should have a minimum of 7 years extensive experience in engineering phase (EPCI projects).
  3. The application of a good level of knowledge in designs & familiar with design of themajor machinery types such as. Steam Turbines, Pumps, Gas Compressor, Air Compressor and EDG.
  4. Detailed knowledge of international codes and API standards related to the duties is a requirement such as API 616, API 617, API 610, API 670, API 674, API 686 etc
  5. All around experience in work scoping, vendor management, FAT, Field Engineering, and preferably commissioning & troubleshooting experience.
  6. Good communication skill, approachable, and able to work with others. Experience in interfacing with field operations and maintenance team is a plus point.
  7. Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from variety of cultural backgrounds

2. Lifting Engineer
Department/Project : ONEC / Tangguh Onshore Project
Education : Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering
Working Experiences : More than 10 years in similar position or similar field
Working Status : Temporary / Contract

Employment : Contract
Role Description :

  1. Lifting Competent Person shall have documented training and competence to plan and perform lifting operations to the level defined within this Procedure
  2. Site Lifting Competent Person ((e.g.), deck foreman, site lifting or rigging supervisor) shall have knowledge and experience to visually inspect lifting equipment to confirm its continued fitness for use
  3. Site Lifting Competent Person shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following Preparation of : lifting plans and risk assessments
  4. Advising others on preparation of lifting plans
  5. Checking whether the categorization and technical content of lifting plans is correct
  6. Approving lifting plans prior to submission for authorization by the Site Lifting Co-coordinator
  7. Execute lifting operations safely and in conformance with this Procedure & local legislation
  8. Ensuring engineering work undertaken is in accordance with Departmental Work Instructions, Procedures and
  9. Standards

Requirement :

  1. Having Min. 10 years experience as a Lifting Engineer
  2. Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering
  3. Knowledge in Offshore lifting, field experience in lifting operation.
  4. Knowledge in lifting equipment and toolsite
  5. Understanding in Brownfield lifting requirement

3. Lifting Superintendent
Department/Project : TEP Onshore Project

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  1. Supervise the execution of handling and lifting activities, both performed by subcontractors and in direct hiring, verifying that works are correctly carried out in accordance with project documentation and in the planned time frame
  2. Support the handling and lifting subcontractors or the direct hiring personnel ensuring the feasibility (availability of method drawings, procedures and materials) of the works
  3. Promote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected
  4. Prepare and coordinate the detailed programs for the assigned activities
  5. Measure the progress of the works carried out
  6. Provide quantitative data for producing weekly progress reports, monitoring the employed manpower
  7. Ensure the continuous assessment of the quantities installed

  1. Understanding of how a project execution and construction plan in framed. Ability to interpret and understand construction plans.
  2. Ability to execute the construction plan.

  4. Knowledge of risks associated with lifting and associated mitigation techniques.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  1. Supervise the execution of handling and lifting activities, both performed by subcontractors and in direct hiring, verifying that works are correctly carried out in accordance with project documentation and in the planned time frame
  2. Support the handling and lifting subcontractors or the direct hiring personnel ensuring the feasibility (availability of method drawings, procedures and materials) of the works
  3. Promote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected
  4. Ensure the fulfilment of the project quality and contractual requirements
  5. Verify and confirm the availability of method drawings, procedures and materials, to plan the efficient execution of the works performed by subcontractors or by assigned direct hiring personnel
  6. Assist subcontractors or assigned direct hiring personnel for the correct interpretation of the method drawings and procedures, providing support in the solution of technical problems
  7. Prepare and coordinate the detailed programs for the assigned activities
  8. Coordinate human and technical resources, indicating any needs or surplus
  9. Verify that works are correctly carried out in accordance with the project specifications, highlighting any engineering problems encountered in the field
  10. Measure the progress of the works carried out
  11. Provide quantitative data for producing weekly progress reports, monitoring the employed manpower
  12. Ensure the continuous assessment of the quantities installed
  13. Verify the handling and lifting equipment used for the works are in safe and good operating conditions and report any anomalies to the superintendent
