REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

  1. Machinery Engineer – Rotating Equipment with Petrochemical, refinery or Oil & Gas experience.
  2. Should have a minimum of 10 years extensive experience in engineering phase (EPCI projects) working on gas turbines and compressors. Graduates from reputable universities.
  3. The application of a good level of theoretical knowledge in designs & selection studies, covering the major machinery types e.g. Compressors and Gas turbines and familiar with PGT-25 series gas turbine type is a plus point.
  4. Detailed knowledge of international codes and API standards related to the duties is a requirement such as API 616, API 617, API 610, API 670, API 674, API 686 etc.
  5. Familiar with Australian Standard.
  6. All around experience in work scoping, vendor management, FAT, Field Engineering, and preferably commissioning & troubleshooting experience.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Develop Engineering works and activities especially for Rotating equipment, ensuring the compliance with Specification, QA/QC and HSE requirement.

The task including;

  1. Support Lead to reviews Contractual technical documentation and requirements.
  2. Support Lead to defines engineering requirements and interface with other disciplines and optimizes systems ensuring minimal cost and simplification in compliance with the required performance.
  3. Prepares the technical documentation for equipment package requisitions (specification, data sheets etc., where requested).
