1. Pricing & Vendor Management Analyst

Job Description

  1. Establishing standards and guidelines for pricing & vendor, also monitoring vendor to ensure these policies are being followed;
  2. Conducting interview and meeting with new vendors
  3. Conducting negotiate new and existing vendors contract
  4. Maintain relationship with vendors by communicating with them frequently to answer questions and check their satisfaction levels
  5. Involving special project with other SBU Team to support company program in achieving company target
  6. Support company initiatives in preparing business plans for alliances and partnerships venture
  7. Monitor and control expenses
  8. Monitoring sales trends, noting which item are selling faster than others, also make reports represent this data.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree of all major
  2. Knowing the price trends of Express & Logistics’ industry
  3. Strong analytical, organization, communication, and negotiation skills
  4. Tolerance to stress, able to work under pressure
  5. Minimum 3 years related experience
  6. Proficient in operating Ms. Office (especially Excel), database, and collecting list of vendor’s data.
2. Operation (Asst. Manager)

Job description

  1. Key responsibility holder on fleet unit economics, keeping a tight control on operational costing and contribute to project costing and pricing decisions.
  2. Continual contribution to improvement of internal operations processes.
  3. Analyze demand and supply data to ensure adequate couriers and drivers availability.
  4. Responsible for performance of couriers, drivers, leaders and all staff involved in operations and closely monitor & analyze vendor performance
  5. Ensure high SLA performance

Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  2. At least 3 – 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Have Managerial skill in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent and preferably experienced in Express.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, excellent analytical & problem solving skill
