Administration Staff

Responsibilities

  1. Respond to Clients consistently and confidently by providing accurate information about products and opening account process.
  2. Do confirmation call or email to support our operational and any related department Administration task

Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s Degree from reputable University, majoring in Economic / Computer Studies
  2. Prior experience with Banking, Call Centre, Customer Service / Support Services is a plus
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and spoken
  4. Good computer literacy and Proficient in MS Office
  5. Professional good looking and has ability to multi-task
