1. Recruitment Officer

Requirements :

  • Very strong recruitment experience in dealing with large volumes of hires preferably with Craft and or/with a large organization/company.
  • Familiar to handing the manpower recruitment on schedule with current project construction; relevant with standard qualification and certification
  • Responsible for sourcing high calibre candidates, ensuring headcount has been approved prior to recruitment.
  • Develop creative sourcing techniques to expand talent pool.
  • Responsible for arranging Interview with between prospective candidates and User.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with hiring leaders, employees and candidates.
  • Carry out all the administrative duties in the recruitment process such as logging application forms/cvs, organizing recruitment timetables, arranging interviews, interview tests and distributing interview packs and shortlisting to interviewees/panels.
  • Liaise with line managers/relevant departments to ensure they are aware of start dates etc.
  • Familiar with relate Job Position in construction, Fabrication and Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Good understanding of HR legislation to ensure APM meets legislative requirements.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to work independently and to deadlines.

2. Recruitment Administrator

Requirements :

  • Possesses strong maintaining & controlling hiring database for projects
  • Supporting arrangement for interview and test
  • Familiar to check & screening CV for recruitment bank data
  • Familiar to prepare candidate for interview and medical check up
  • Understand about UU cipta kerja regulation in Indonesia

3. Tax Officer

Requirements :

  • Perform the tax calculation on daily transaction according to regulation
  • Familiar with Tax Aplication, Poh & PPN
  • Having experience to create monthly income tax & tax report
  • Certified in Brevet A&B

General Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in Human resource, Psychology or any related fields (1 & 2)
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Tax (3)
  • Proven at least 3 years experiences in Recruitment Officer (1)
  • Experience in recruitment & talent acquisition at least 1 year (2)
  • At least 2 years work experience in Tax will be an advantage (3)
  • Having strong experiences in Construction, Fabrication and Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Must be able to work independently or Team Work
  • Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skill, hard worker and strong integrity.
