Lowongan Kerja PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk


1. Asset Civil Senior Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing tower capacity: CAF, Colo & Corrective
  • Conducting a review of verticality results (tower tilt measurements)
  • Reviewing designs for relocation
  • Reviewing and releasing designs and BOQ for corrective sites
  • Analyzing EPA (Effective Projective Area)
  • Implementing design efficiency for capex

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Having minimum 5 years experience in the same field
  • Proficient in MS Tower, SAP 2000, and Plaxis
  • Willing to travel

2. Operation Maintenance Execution Section Head

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and controlling all sub-ordinate and vendor partner
  • Building good rapport with stakeholder
  • Making plan & strategic to managing asset
  • Ensuring zero finding audit quality
  • Coordinating with all department in TBIG

Requirements:

  • Minimum S1 in Civil Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering
  • Having minimum 5 years experience in Telecommunication Industry
  • Having good knowledge for tower maintenance, RF Optimize & Fiber Optic/FTTH
  • Having good leadership skill
  • Willing to be placed anywhere

3. Strategic Management Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring achievement of company performance
  • Ensuring percentage of punctuality in signing off planning cycle corporate documents
  • Ensuring the directorate’s strategic initiatives are implemented in the current year
  • Preparing PDCA document and management system performance reports
  • Monitoring and analyzing target company strategy, division, and department along with Board of Director

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor degree in management / economy / industrial engineering
  • Having minimum 4 year experiences in the same field
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analysis skills;
  • Technical skills required: strategic management, balanced scorecard, business performance management, business process management, data analysis
  • Familiar with data analyzing tools (Microsoft excel, Power BI and SPSS)

4. Tax Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tax tasks such as filing of tax returns, execution of tax payments, computation of tax payable/receivable positions, reconciling tax books versus local books
  • Manage tax audits and tax controversy efficiently
  • Optimize structures in tax compliance matters and efficiently manage the tax team.
  • Ensure all needed operating Licenses and Permits are in place and renewed.
  • Support the business units by reviewing all regulatory needs for new business development plans. Such as the need for new Licenses or Permits
  • Ensure compliance with corporate tax reporting and local statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate and provide information and documentation for internal/ external auditors.
  • Keep abreast of regulation changes and development relating to tax matters.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders for tax advisory relating to local regulations and internal tax set-up.
  • Proactively update management team about any risk due to change in policy and regulation.
  • Actively liaise within Group’s tax network structure; actively liaise with regional and corporate functions
  • Other tasks at management discretion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) Accounting/Finance/Fiscal Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in taxation field
  • Strong understanding in Indonesia tax regulations
  • Computer literate; SAP background would be an advantage
  • Familiar with domestic and international taxation aspects
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Adaptable to work in different environments; a team player attitude.
