1. HR Admin / Admin Staff

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in HR or administration roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication ability
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
• Able to use English (Basic)
• Placement: Sangkulirang, Kaltim

2. Public Relation / Legal Admin Staff

Qualifications :

• BacheIor’s degree in Law (LLB/ or equivalent
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Willing to be place in Sahgkulirang or Balikpapan
• Open to fresh graduates; prior experienced is an advantage
• Candidates resilding in Balikpapan or Samarinda are preferred.
• Open Minded & ready to travel
• High attenion to detail and confidentiality
• Prefered with Driving licence
• Knowledge of Word, excel and Outlook and learning and using new software applications.

3. Supervisor Building Maintenance

Qualifications :

• Minimum 4 years as Supervisor for Building Maintenance
• Obtained bachelor in Civil Engineering
• Good interpersonal skills and honesty
• Inspecting work sites to ensure that all safety procedures are followed
• Reporting equipment defects or unsafe conditions to the appropriate individuals
• Coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and other outside parties to ensure that construction projects are completed on time and within budget Responsible for building maintenance and daily building operatons
• Managing the overall building operational concerns, including safety and security, housekeeping, and maintenance of the building and equipment
• Develop and implement response teams in assessing build conditions
• Plans for necessary manpower, materials and equipment necessary for work to be performed.
• Organizes and plans work efficiently and work within or ahead of schedule with minimal rework.

4. Supervisor Zone Spv / Technician

Qualifications :

• Diploma/Degree in any Major
• 3 years or more experience for SPV level, 1 year or more experience for Technician level, in related manufacturing (Kawasan Berikat)
• Knowledge of documents PEB, PIB, and Kawasan Berikat Regulation
• Manage input all of document declarations CIESA 4,0/TPB (especially for BC 4.0 and BC 2.3) and IT Inventory
• Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook and learning and using new software applications
• Excellent organizational skills, communication skills with goog PR
• Ability to multitask and work as a team
• Must be able to communicate ‘moderate’ in English.
