Lowongan Kerja PT Terminal Teluk Lamong

1. Production Engineer

Job Description

1. Analyzing defects or repeating problems and create action pians.
2. Guide group leader in making continuous improvement.
3. Create Six sigma project(s) to eliminate the complexity problem.
4. Make lean improvements in production process.
5. Coordinate with other department/site to solve production problems.

Requirements

1. Have a minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical/ Industrial/Electrical Engineering (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
2. Capable of working well under pressure, team working. relevant technical knowledge.
3. Have good leadership and analytical skills.
4. Advance English communication, leadership & analytical skills.
5. Competence in analytical thinking, agile decision making and displaying courage.

2. Technical Engineer

Job Description

1. Monitor, coordinate the adjustment of yarn properties and troubleshoot any problems in Spinning and SSP process also create improved standards.
2. Follow up yarn quality in twisting process and make coordination with team to make quick action to overcome yarn quality problems.
3. Prepare Standard Operating Conditions for denier change or type change.
   Prepare, revise, and review all standard documents related with Technical process.

Requirements

1. Have a minimum Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering (fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
2. Have advance skills in Computer and English communication (both oral and written)
3. Competencies needed: Analytical Thinking. Developing for Success, Ability to Change, Working Systematically, and Customer Focus.
