Technical Trainee

As our Technical Trainee, you will learn, develop, and grow on a fast track to being future technical experts’ role.

You will take part in our innovation/improvement projects for the sustainability and efficiency of our operations.

What We Ask

• Must be willing to work in Salatiga, Central Java, Indonesia
• Must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Science or equivalent (GPA minimum 3.00)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and/or have max. 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Agile, high drive, resilient, positive self-management, and have a can-do attitude.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and have a good computer literate.
• Superb creativity, logic, and analytical skills. – Good communication and presentation skill (preferably in English both oral and written).
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills.

The major of work assignments will be based on your competence and interest which could include:

• Operation-related issues, based on continuous improvement methodology
• Research and development projects on processes
• Environmental and energy efficiency projects in sustainability
• Various work assignments refer to the necessity of the receiver unit.
