AkzoNobel Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) Rotation Engineer 2022
We are looking for:

• Fresh Graduates Student of Bachelor Degree or with max 1-year experience
• Clear career interest in Manufacturing
• All engineering background (electrical, mechanical, chemical, aeronautical, civil, industrial, digtal, electronic)
• Possible to travel nationally within Indonesia & regionally within AkzoNobel
• Showing excellent personal quality in continuous learning, analytical thinking, teamwork & achievement orientation
• Bright & Creative minds who are up for a challenge
• Exhibit high initiative and leadership in student organizations/extracurmcular actmties.
• Proficient in English

Purpose of the Program:

• The end goal is to develop young Engineers and get them ready for a middle manager positionin Manufacturing
• International travel/assignments: Candidates need to be open to mobility – both local and international.
• Relocations/local contracts preferred

Duration of the Program:
Duration of the program: 18 months
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Engineer:

• Contributes to the successful execution of projects by delivering technical expertise and project management capabilities
• Prepares. schedules, coordinates and montors the assigned engineering projects
• Monitors compliance to applicable codes, practices. Quality Assurance / Quality Control polices, performance standards and specifications
• Cooperates and communicates daily with proyect members and stakeholders to interpret their needs and requirements, and provides assistance and technical support
• Performs overall quality control of the work (budget. schedule, plans. personnel’s performance) and reports regularly on project status

Process Engineer:

• Monitors and improves processes in order to maintain of enhance quality, Health Safety Environment, service and costs levels
• Monitors the process performance through metrics such as productmty, Waste Indices and takes action as required to correct adverse trends, performing plant based process investigations
• Develops plans to improve the above performance through focused improvement activities (in conjunction with the operations group) along with capital projects
• Interfaces wth off-site functions such as Research & Development / marketing and central engineering for the industrialization of new products, new raw materials and recipe changes ensuring that changes on site are controlled and managed
• Provides expertise for onsite operations group during process related troubleshooting issues
