1. Junior Software Quality Assurance

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field.
  2. Max 1 year experience as Software Quality Assurance/Software Testing.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Good communication and teamwork skills.

2. Middle Software Quality Assurance

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field.
  2. 3–5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance/Software Testing.
  3. Familiar with API testing, database testing, and integration testing is preferred.
  4. Understanding of banking or financial technology products is preferred.
  5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  6. Preferred: familiarity with banking/fintech products.

3. Lead Software Quality Assurance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of Software Quality Assurance/Software Testing experience.
  • Proven experience coordinating and managing QA teams.
  • Able to develop testing strategies, methodologies, and roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of risk, defect, and quality management processes.
  • Preferred: banking/fintech project experience.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

4. Senior Software Quality Assurance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of Software Quality Assurance/Software Testing experience.
  • Able to identify quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Experienced in defect analysis and root cause identification.
  • Strong understanding of banking, financial systems, or fintech applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Required Skills

  • Performance/load/stress/stability testing
  • JMeter/Gatling/LoadRunner
