Admin Claim

Job Description

  • Receive, verify, and archive claim documents from vendors or distributors.
  • Ensure document completeness in accordance with claim procedures.
  • Accurately and timely input claim data into the system.
  • Verify the completeness of claim documents such as invoices, return notes, claim forms, product photos, and other supporting evidence.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience as an admin in the FMCG industry, particularly in claim, billing, or return processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.) and familiar with ERP systems.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and highly disciplined in data management.
  • Communicative and able to collaborate across departments.
  • Willing to be initially employed under an outsourcing arrangement.
  • Placement in Head Office, South Jakarta.
