Lowongan Kerja PT QJmotor Industry Indonesia

1. After Sales Admin

Responsible for supporting the Aftersales Department in coordinating operations, managing inventory and documentation, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring efficient order processing and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in aftersales and automotive industry
• Strong understanding of distribution processes and inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment.
• Familiarity with automotive products and industry trends is a plus.

2. Tax Accountant

Manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure tax compliance. Handle PPh 21 calculations, tax filings, and financial transactions. Assist with budgeting, audits, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation (PPh 21, VAT), and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with new vehicle document registration and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in reconciling transactions, resolving discrepancies, and verifying vendor invoices.
• Knowledge of invoice and payment processes related to vehicle registration.
