1. Sr. Specialist Technical Solutions

Job Describtion :

  • Resposible for providing consultation on technical issues raised by customers through TU representation (MA Sales, Site Ops, CI Project Leads)
  • Responsible for participating in major meetings with customers when required.
  • Responsible to assume consultative/SME role during regular MSR reviews and development of SSS and SOT’s
  • Responsible for developing interim/permanent solutions in collaboration with caterpillar and in other industry vertical’s tech solution team
  • Responsible for assisting in reviews of CVA  proposals as per request by account manager EM or Contracts team
  • Responsible for providing input on NPI and NMI as well as assisting EM and area with new customers in green field operations
  • Responsible for supporting development with engineering design and documentation.
  • Responsible for assisting Product Manager in developing fit for purpose product to improve safety and eliminate technical problems
  • Responsible for monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of interim solutions to improve product performance
  • Responsible for providing documentation and communication packages for solution implementation (ie. ICA guideline, recommended parts list, re-work procedure, technical drawing, etc) and storing these in a repository for future usage/reference.
  • Responsible for supporting the external socialization with customers
  • Responsible for coaching and guiding sites/branches on solutions (ie. product modification, ect)
  • Responsible for providing regular updates on progress of solutions in development to Product Manager and other stakeholders (i.e. Tech Comm, customers)
  • Responsible for ensuring that feedback has been provided to Caterpillar PG through TechComm and Cat reps to drive change.
  • Responsible for actively participating in Technical seminars to capture & share best practices through Caterpillar and Dealer Network.

Job Requirement :

  • Diploma in Engineering or Vocational school certification.
  • 3-5 Year experience in respective industry
  • Understanding in Heavy Equipment Business and Corporate Business Acumen
  • Specific requirement : Customer Focus, Project Management, Product Knowledge and Industry Knowledge.
  • Familiar with Cat Systems and machine
  • Solid background in hydraulics and auto-electrics, understand the role for hydraulic mining shovels
  • Troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience
  • Understanding of constinuous improvement concept and its benefit
  • Good communication skills accross various levels in an organization
  • Methodical and structures-reporting, documentation, filling.

2. Warehouseman – Pontianak

Job Role:

  • Receiving & Binning, Collecting & Delivery, Inventory counts & condition, Hose assembly, PRA,
  • Contamination control, Warehouse facility.
  • Produce Binning Report , check package condition & items quantity, ensure stock orders received properly by ensuring the quantity and quality of parts are correct by BARCODE system, check & process any discrepancies / damage from stock order / transfer, receiving stock order / transfer in DBS system as per PD, and put parts to the right Bin (Binning) or bin change process for no loc part. Place certain part/component on the right stand/pallet.
  • Collect parts use label tag from stock locations to fill orders, recheck part item and quantity based on shipping list and deliver parts for waiting customer, prepare filled parts orders for shipment (including inter-branch transfers), and supplying transit parts to end destination. Complete parts information label for PCR and Backlog.
  • Conduct daily/annual stock check and bin count listing as per PDP, count and check parts in bin locations to verify inventory records and ensure no double location, prepare the inventory adjustment document and ensure the IA type is correct with valid reason/explanation, and signed by the authorized person, and also ensure warehouse security aspects is always developed and monitored, including the management of keys (storage and authorized holder.
  • Receiving used hose, identify reusable component of hose (including cross-reff from Non-CAT), modification of hose as customer needed and assemble the hose based on customer order and refer to hose guide.
  • Prepare PRA items including collecting, packing and stuffing to container.
  • Ensure all parts in cabinet are covered by plastic or others proper protections and free from dust. Do daily CC inspection check to ensure all parts are covered by CC standard.
  • Change the bin location when required, and utilize the magnetic color to identify empty bin or critical stock, and conduct storage parts maintenance.
  • Etc.

3. Assistant Service Account

Job Description :

  • Responsible for inputting and maintaining master data related roster Serviceman, service team and Serviceman transfer (assignment between Service team).
  • Responsible for inputting and maintaining Service Order related supporting documents (SIMS etc.), Labor & Miscellaneous transaction including responsible to follow up purchase request, labor confirmation and vendor invoice receiving.
  • Responsible for collecting and managing supporting documents related service order and implement document management.
  • Responsible for performing closing process and ensure to avoid re-open Service Order request because improper of previous process.
  • Responsible for inputting Overtime & Expense of Serviceman to the system.
  • Responsible for maintaining Work in Process (WIP) status updating and report within planned limits.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma (D3) in Business AdministrationHave
  • Min 4 Years in the Service
  • Fluent in English and MS Office

4. Manager Account PWS

Job Description:

  • Accountable for identifying key opportunity area (PP & PS) based on the market knowledge (e.g., database, market, business info) and to define sales budget (revenue, GP, and investment)
  • Accountable for developing major account sales operation strategy, and overseeing the implementation, including to review and provide guidance on customer pipeline management (i.e., customer assessment, customer follow ups, customer review & negotiation)
  • Accountable for offering real added value to customer business and responsible to provide feedback to marketing team to improve the offering capability (i.e., quality lost sales report)
  • Accountable for mitigating risk associated with key opportunity and responsible for overseeing A/R Collection
  • Responsible for reviewing and participating in the Demand Consensus, Pre-IDSP (Integrated Demand and Supply Planning) and IDSP meeting
  • Responsible for Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks in the account plan development processes (e.g., accounts’ potential growth & profitability estimation, accounts’ financial target, accounts’ budget) and management processes (i.e., corrective/improvement actions to take)
  • Responsible for developing Sales team
  • Responsible for ensuring SH&E, legal and corporate procedures compliance are implemented properly

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ sales/

5. Warehouseman – Palembang

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School (SMA)/Vocational, School (SMK), graduated from Science, Technical, Economics.
  • Fresh graduate, but preferable 3-month Experience in Warehouse.
  • Having Knowledge in Distribution Warehousing Inventory.
  • 18-25 years old, except Max 30 years old for PTTU Warehouse Outsourcing
  • Basic English, MS Office, SAP

6. Technician – Cirebon & Jakarta

Job Description :

  • Responsible for giving technical explanation to the customer related problem solving under guidance.
  • Responsible for ensuring Service activity in quick respond, meet target completion & customer requirement, as well as maintaining satisfactory quality of technical/ technology job processes and results.
  • Responsible for ensuring the Implementation of corporate standard procedures and Best Practice.
