MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM (ADH/SDH/PDH)

1. Management Trainee – Administration Department Head

Responsibilities:

• You will be developed as a leader and responsible for monitoring, controlling, executing and reporting financial – accounting and personnel activities in the branch office
• Coordinate, control, analyze, and implement all aspects related to the Finance & Administration function

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (S1) in Economic, Management, Industrial Engineering & Accounting
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Maximum age of 26 years old
• Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from reputable university
• Have a good analytics thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong drive, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules
• Confident, self-motivated, target driven, detail oriented
• Computer literacy is a must
• Having good leadership and leading an organization is a plus
• Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch
• Fluent in English both oral and written

2. Management Trainee – Parts Department Head

Responsibilities:

You will be developed as a leader and responsible for monitoring, controlling, executing and reporting parts sales activities in the branch office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical and Heavy Equipment Engineering
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Maximum age of 26 years old
• Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from reputable university
• High interest in Sales and Marketing Activities
• Have a good analytics thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong drive, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules
• Confident, self-motivated, target driven, detail oriented
