Kini PT Traktor Nusantara selain menjalankan bisnis distribusi juga menjalankan bisnis penyewaan dan kontrak, layanan purna jual dan peralatan bekas untuk keperluan Industri, Pertanian, Tenaga Penggerak dan Energi serta Konstruksi Jalan. Selain menjual alat-alat baru, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen sektor industri, PT Traktor Nusantara juga menyediakan layanan: tukar tambah alat lama dengan alat baru untuk Forklif dan Generator Listrik, Penyewaaan Forklif dan Generator Listrik, Menjual alat bekas bergaransi untuk Forklif dan Generator Listrik serta Rekondisi alat konsumen.

1. Parts & Service Sales

Responsibilities :

Identify potential clients. Network, develop and firmly establish the various channels necessary to reach the target market segments of parts and commodity products. Provide superior personal and professional service for our clients.

Qualifications :

  • Diploma Degree (D3) from All Engineering Majors
  • Minimum GPA 2.75 (4 scaled) from any reputable University
  • Maximum age of 25 years old in 2021
  • High interest in Heavy Equipment and Sales
  • Having Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated, Target-driven

2. Human Capital (People Analytics)

Responsibilities :

  • Execute a scalable efficient people analytics strategy that measure people and business priorities and initiatives.
  • Facilitate risk-awareness culture for data through efficient and effective risk & compliance management across HR system.
  • Actively generate people trends and insight data analysis through standard reporting dashboard.
  • Design a standard framework for business process, operationalizing insight in project management, data governance, modelling and hypothesis testing.
  • Manage stakeholder relationship to ensure evolving the data and analytic need of various HR Pillars such as SAP Hana.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from Information System, Informatics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Human ResourcesMinimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University.
  • Maximum age of 26 years old.
  • Experience with analytics related to human resources (ex: workforce, talent, compensation, etc.) preferred.
  • Skilled at probing for, evaluating and synthesizing data from disparate data sources to draw interpretive insights.
  • Maintain a culture of high-quality output and exceptional customer service: effectively communicate at all levels, ensure that work gets done well and on time, and respond effectively to unexpected obstacles.

3. Human Capital (Data Engineer)

Responsibilities :

  • Provide data engineering support for key data analytic project.
  • Responsible for ETL (Extract, Transfer, Load) activities by abstracting technical record of network data into ready to use, meaningful and easy to understand.
  • Work together with People Analytics to make sure all data solution are consistent.
  • Discover and Implement new ways to use ETL/ Open Source Tools to ingest structured and unstructured data.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality and execute data smoothing / cleansing when necessary
  • Coordinate and manage external parties (vendor) who support to generate analysis and projects.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from Information System, Informatics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics.
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University.
  • Maximum age of 26 years old.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

4. Legal Staff

Responsibilities :

  • Support and cultivate corporate documents related to the corporation agreement, deed of companies and licensing.
  • Reviewing legal contracts, cooperation agreement, certificates, licensing and other legal documents related to the project company.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from Law major or equivalent.
  • Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University.
  • Maximum age of 27 years old.
  • Deep knowledge in legal drafting (English & Indonesia), legal permit/license and OSS

5. Accounting Staff

Responsibilities :

  • Planning & Executing Financial activity.
  • Analyzing financial reports.
  • Completing regular (quarterly and annual) financial reports.
  • Implementing & Executing administration, reporting, reconcilliation related to Accounting activity.
  • Monitoring & Collecting customer payments / account receivable (AR) by recording cash, checks and credit transaction.
  • Post revenues by verifying & entering transaction.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from Accounting or Tax.
  • Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University.
  • Maximum age of 26 years old.
  • Have a good analytical thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong drive, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules.

  • Computer literacy is a must.

6. IT Functional SAP Analyst

Responsibilities :

IT Functional SAP Analyst main objective is to make sure that every business process is running efficiently through the means of technology. Job duties include collecting data and finding solutions to help a business increase profits and operate cost-effectively. An SAP functional analyst may responsible in developing a new business process that is effective and efficient through the means of information technology.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from Information System / Informatics Engineering and equivalent.
  • Maximum age of 27 years old.
  • Proficient in English both oral and written.
  • Have an experience in SAP.

7. Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Staff

Responsibilities :

Creating, Implementing and Monitoring the concept of health & safety management systems from prevention to treatment of the occurrence of irregularities in health & safety regulations.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor (S1) from Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Public Health Engineering, Hyperkes, Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
  • Maximum age of 26 years old
  • Have an experience in the field of Environment, Health & Safety particularly in oil and gas sector.
  • Have a safety certification (AK3U or SMK3) is more preferred
