1. Finance & Accounting Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Review and verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Prepare and process payment vouchers in accordance with procedures.
- Compile and submit accurate tax data to the Tax section.
- Record asset information and depreciation periodically.
- Input transaction journals accurately.
- Reconcile bank and tax accounts, and make adjustment journals during • monthly closing for accurate financial reporting.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Accounting.
- Min. 2 years experience in the field of Finance and Accounting Supervisor preferably in industrial plant/smelter/power plant construction projects.
- Good competencies in end to end Finance and Accounting flow.
- Willing to be hired on contractual basis during the project
- Willing to be located in Jakarta Head Office.
2. Procurement Officer
Carry out activities related to the contractual and strategic procurement of goods and services, as well as coordinate the delivery of goods according to the QCD principles, namely Quality (quality and quantity), Cost (budgeted costs), and Delivery (on time) to meet the company’s operational needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive requests for goods and services from related work units in the form of PR (Purchase Requisition), analyze them and coordinate with related users to ensure their needs, completeness and correctness in accordance with policies, systems and procedures for procurement of goods/services in the company.
- Carry out the process of purchasing goods and services (Contracts) starting from finding vendors to conducting initial negotiations by paying attention to applicable company procedures in order to support the smooth operation of the company.
- Checking the suitability between the specifications of the goods needed by the user and the specifications of the vendor so that the goods purchased are in accordance with the needs of the company.
- Prepare CQS (Comparison Quotation Summary) for the procurement of goods / services that are being carried out and prepare PO (Purchase Order) to be sent to the vendor so that the procurement of goods and services is achieved according to the specified time, quality and cost.
- Ensure the accuracy of making CQS and POs that have been made by Procurement Staff and Non Staff to avoid errors in the process of procuring goods and services for user needs.
- Coordinate related to the process of sending goods that have been ordered so that the goods can arrive at the company in optimal conditions and on time according to a predetermined schedule.
- Conduct vendor performance evaluations to ensure the quality of vendors who work with the company are included in the predetermined criteria to meet the company’s operational needs.
- Prepare purchase reports according to a predetermined period to monitor the progress of purchasing goods and services.
- Monitoring the performance of OCT, ODT and PRSL in the area to ensure the achievement of KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from all major
- Min 2 years of working experience as Procurement Staff
- Strong competencies in Procurement Management, Negotiation skills, Expedition management, contract management, legal compliance, and basic knowledge of tax regulation.
- Good communicaion skill
- Willing to be placed at Bulungan, North Kalimantan Site (roster based)
3. HSE Staff
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct safety talks across all departments of the Kaltara Project according to the predetermined schedule, with the participation of all employees and partners.
- Gather data on areas and activities requiring stricter supervision to provide recommendations to the Relevant Departments regarding work procedures and the use of detection tools and personal protective equipment.
- Verify data for worker induction submissions and oversee the implementation of worker inductions.
- Verify data for equipment commissioning submissions and coordinate with relevant PICs regarding commissioning implementation.
- Ensure documentation of HSES Management System implementation, reporting, and preparation of necessary data for audits or as required by superiors or management.
- Promote awareness of updated HSES documents both internally within the company and externally with Work Partners.
- Ensure effective communication of HSES through meetings, training, HSES promotions, and other activities.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
- Possess General HSE Expert Certification; Young Construction HSE Expert, SMK3 Auditor, Intermediate Incident Investigation certification would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the field of HSE Systems as a Staff (Foreman).
- Willing to be placed at Jobsite Kalimantan Utara.
4. Warehouse Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Receiving and storing materials in the warehouse
- Generating reports for unloaded goods.
- Creating reports for unpacking items.
- Calculating the quantity of received goods.
- Assisting in material requests using MIS/MBS.
- Handling material returns using MRS.
- Conducting inventory checks or stocktaking of materials.
- Supervising daily activities of Warehouse Helpers.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma Degree, Engineering Major would be an advantage.
- Min 3 years experience in Warehouse / Inventory in EPC Setting.
- Have good communication/interpersonal skills.
- Strong competencies in inventory management and warehouse management.
- Willing to be located at Bulungan, North Kalimantan Site (roster based).
