1. IPC Staff

Monitor and control production processes by ensuring chemical, physical, and sensory parameters meet established standards, detecting process abnormalities early, and analyzing process data trends to support quality improvement.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor in Chemistry, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related field
  • Able to work in a team and shift-based environment
  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to take on challenges
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with high commitment and perseverance
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to operate HPLC

2. Production Staff

Support production operations by monitoring processes, maintaining production records and reports, performing routine cleaning, basic maintenance and autonomous maintenance, and supporting improvement activities, including project presentations and overhaul

Requirements

  • Diploma/D3 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems and PLC

3. CSR & Media Relation Jr. Manager

The CSR & Media Relations Jr Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and evaluation of the company’s corporate social responsibility initiatives and media relations activities. This role ensures that CSR programs and external communications align with corporate values, business objectives, ESG priorities, and stakeholder expectations while strengthening the company’s reputation and visibility. The position leads stakeholder engagement, develops and maintains strategic relationships with media stakeholders, manages media engagement activities, and drives effective communication of the company’s CSR, health, and corporate initiatives through relevant media channels.

Job Description

CSR & Health Campaign Strategy

  • Support the development of CSR strategies and programs that align with the company’s sustainability goals, corporate values, business priorities, and stakeholder interests, and lead their implementation.
  • Design long-term community and social impact programs in collaboration with NGOs, schools, local institutions, and other relevant partners, setting clear objectives, timelines, resources, and KPIs.
  • Manage the execution of community investment and CSR initiatives, including health campaigns, education drives, donation programs, and other social impact activities, ensuring effective delivery against agreed objectives.
  • Monitor CSR, ESG, and social issues, as well as public narratives and emerging trends, to identify opportunities and potential reputational risks relevant to the company’s CSR agenda.

Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Identify and map relevant stakeholders, including community groups, NGOs, government/public agencies, institutions, and other strategic partners, to develop effective engagement strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key community leaders, institutions, partners, and other external stakeholders to support CSR programs and strengthen the company’s corporate reputation.
  • Coordinate the company’s representation in public forums, community events, panels, consultations, and other external engagements to strengthen stakeholder relationships and reinforce the company’s CSR and advocacy messages.
  • Facilitate partnerships and mobilize resources, including external partners, volunteers, branded materials, donations, and other required resources, to support CSR program implementation.

Media Relations & Communication

  • Propose and execute media relations strategies to increase the visibility and positive exposure of the company’s CSR, health, sustainability, and corporate initiatives through relevant media channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media stakeholders, including journalists, editors, and editorial leadership (Pimpinan Redaksi and Redaktur), through media gatherings, regular engagement, and day-to-day communication.
  • Plan and conduct media engagement activities, including press conferences, doorstop interviews, media briefings, media gatherings, and other media-facing activities, ensuring consistent and accurate delivery of approved corporate messages.
  • Develop and coordinate communication materials, including press releases, media statements, articles, key messages, and other relevant content, and conduct targeted media seeding to generate relevant and credible earned-media coverage.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting

  • Monitor and evaluate CSR programs and media relations activities through program performance data, media monitoring, coverage analysis, stakeholder feedback, and post-activity reviews.
  • Share CSR performance, media coverage, stakeholder insights, public sentiment, and reputational risks with senior leadership, and recommend appropriate communication or program adjustments.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Development Studies, Sustainability and other related fields
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in CSR, health campaigns, public affairs, or sustainability roles, with leadership experience preferred
  • Familiarity with CSR/ESG frameworks, stakeholder mapping, media relations, media engagement, corporate communication, and impact measurement tools
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship with media and external stakeholders preferred
  • Willingness to travel for CSR program deployment, media activities, and stakeholder meetings.
