PT Galaksi Investasi Harapan (GIH) adalah perusahaan kontrak manufaktur (turnkey manufacturing) yang berbasis di Panbil Industrial Estate, Kota Batam, Kepulauan Riau. Perusahaan ini bergerak di bidang pembuatan komponen plastik (plastic injection moulding), perakitan PCB SMT, perakitan kabel, serta fabrikasi cetakan.

IT MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

We are looking for candidates with an educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, Information Systems, or related fields, with an interest in developing their skills across IT infrastructure, ERP/MES, web management, data visualization, cybersecurity, and automation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking, Information Systems, or related field
• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, routers, switches, firewalls)
• Familiar with Windows & basic Linux environments
• Understanding of ERP/MES and web management
• Basic knowledge of CCTV, access control, and IoT devices
• Basic skills in Power BI or data visualization tools
• Understanding of cybersecurity and data protection
• Knowledge of automation tools is an advantage
