DESIGNER & ENGINEER

1. Software Engineer/Fullstack Developer Staff

Job Description :

• Design and develop scalable, reliable and fault tolerant of line of business web application that powers Epson manufacturing operations.
• Write code that you are proud of, with extensibility, scalability and performance in mind.
• Write maintainable and clean codes, and able to follow company code standard.
• Analyzing requirements and designing new functionality.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Supporting and fixing existing functionality.

Requirement :

• D3/S1 programming academic background is preferred (Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics).
• Have good problem solving.
• Proficiency with fundamental front-end web programming language such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiar with one or more of server-side popular programming languages such as ASP.NET, C#, NodeJS, Ruby, Python, Go-Lang, Java or PHP.
• Experienced in dealing with database.
• Familiar with Application Lifecycle Management tools such as Git, VSTS, or TFS.
• Enjoy working in team, able to work in deadline.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

2. Parts Production Engineering and Control Staff

Job Description:

• Improve parts quality by monitoring defects and coordinating corrective actions with suppliers and related departments.
• Ensure Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets are achieved for new model development
• Follow up and resolve quality issues related to parts and suppliers in a timely manner.
• Support production activities, delivery, material arrangement, and continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives

Requirement:

• D3/D4/S1 Mechanical Engineering
• Able to communicate and understand information in English (active)
• Proficient use of QC 7 Tools
• Able to respond to requests or instructions quickly and accurately
• Strong analytical skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team Proactive and able to take initiative without waiting for instructions

3. Health Staff

Job Description

• Monitor employees’ health conditions and recommend appropriate medical follow-up when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records and medical documentation.
• Prepare health-related reports, statistics, and documentation as required.
•  Follow up on employees’ health insurance and BPJS-related matters.
• Manage health insurance administration and medical claims.
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, insurance providers, and other healthcare service partners.
• Monitor workplace health concerns and report health-related trends or issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable occupational health regulations

Requirements

• S1 Public Health, Nursing, or a related field.
• Having 3 years’ working experience in the same field is preferred.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level)
• Good analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to identify appropriate solutions.
• Accurate, systematic, and disciplined, especially in handling records and administrative tasks.

4. ISO Staff

Job Description:

• Monitor and ensure the implementation of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 requirements within the company.
• Supervise compliance with product safety standards in accordance with international regulations (UL, TÜV, CCC, etc.).
• Act as a QC (Quality Control) Trainer for materials such as QC Introduction, TAT/PST QC Story, and other related training programs.
• Serve as an Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 and support audit activities conducted by the Compliance & Audit Office Department.

Requirement:

• Minimum D4/S1 (bachelor’s degree) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Good communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to respond to requests and instructions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Proactive, with the ability to take initiative without waiting for instructions.

5. Parts Production Staff

Job Description

• Monitor and analyze issues occurring on the production line.
• Develop, improve, and update production standards and Work Instructions (WI).
• Collect, process, and present data related to product quality and production processes.
• Support production flow, delivery processes, material arrangement, and continuous improvement activities (Kaizen).

Requirement:

• D3/D4/S1 in Mechanical Engineering.
• Able to communicate effectively and understand information in English (active proficiency).
• Able to respond to requests or instructions quickly and accurately.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

6. Mechanical Design Staff

Job Description

• Making design concept, modelling, drawing, and evaluation
• Making document (Technical report, specification, calculation, Quality standard)
• Make working sample (Prototype) & evaluation of prototype product

Requirement:

• D4/S1 Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering
• Able to work in team/individually
• Familiar with Technical drawing software (such as: CATIA or Pro-Eng software)
• Have experience in CAD

7. Software Design Staff

Job Description

• Design software for printer inspection which use in manufacturing line
• Analyze problem in manufacturing from software/firmware/mechanism point of view and feedback software sequence improvement to assure printer manufacturing can achieve target level of quality and productivity

Requirement:

• D4/S1 of Electrical Engineering /Mechatronic Engineering/Informatics Engineering/ Computer Engineering
• Having 1–2 years of experience in a related field would be an advantage.
• Understand and has experience in any programming language
• Mastering in C/C++ programming language and have experience in OOP would be an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

8. Compliance & ISM Staff

Job Description

• Review and evaluate ISM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure their effectiveness and compliance.
• Monitor and follow up on ISM incident reports and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.
• Analyze the implementation of Information Security practices across company processes and activities.
• Conduct information security and compliance awareness campaigns and socialization for employees.
• Ensure compliance with company regulations, policies, and requirements related to Information Security and Compliance.
• Monitor the implementation and compliance of ISM requirements across the company and prepare ISM reports for submission to Epson Headquarters Secretariat.

Requirement:

• D3/D4/S1 majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Information Security, IT Compliance, Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, or related fields.
• Good understanding of Information Security Management (ISM) principles and practices.
• Experience in implementing information security policies, standards, and company procedures.
• Strong planning and organizing, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

9. Purchasing Staff

Job Description

• Manage purchasing activities and maintain effective communication and negotiation with suppliers and internal teams.
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate market trends, supplier performance, and cost options.
• Manage multiple purchase orders, budgets, and inventory requirements efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure purchasing activities meet quality, cost, delivery, and company requirements.
• Utilize procurement systems, especially SAP, and apply basic accounting principles in purchasing activities.
• Prepare and analyze purchasing data using Microsoft Excel.

Job Description

• Ensure product quality and maintain smooth production flow in accordance with established standards and targets.
• Analyze and identify product quality issues from an engineering perspective and support appropriate countermeasures.
• Prepare, manage, and utilize data using MS Office to support engineering activities.
• Collaborate effectively with related departments to ensure smooth execution of engineering activities.
• Monitor and follow up on activities related to Sub Assy Vendors, particularly in Quality Control and Improvement.
• Support continuous improvement activities related to product quality and production processes.

Requirement:

• D3/D4/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.

11. EMC Testing Engineer

Job Description

• Conduct EMC testing using measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, and other related equipment.
• Conduct EMC tests and calibration in accordance with applicable standards and procedures.
• Operate and maintain measurement equipment used for EMC testing effectively and accurately.
• Investigate and review EMC standards and regulations applicable in different countries using English references.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports in English based on EMC testing results and analysis.
• Analyze test results and support the investigation of EMC-related issues.
• Support engineering activities related to EMC compliance and continuous improvement.

Requirement:

• D4/S1 in Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in EMC testing, electronics testing, or a related engineering field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with relevant knowledge, projects, or academic experience in EMC/electronics testing.
• Understand EMC standards, particularly CISPR.
• Able to operate measurement equipment used in EMC testing, such as Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, and Vector Network Analyzer.
• Understand and have experience with programming languages such as C/C++.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
