Perusahaan ini didirikan pada tahun 1967 dan merupakan salah satu produsen susu terbesar di Indonesia. PT Indolakto memproduksi berbagai macam produk susu, mentega, es krim, dan minuman yogurt, dengan merk-merk populer seperti INDOMILK, Cap Enak, Tiga Sapi, Orchid Butter, dan Indoeskrim.

FAKTUR ADMIN

What will you do?

• Prepare and process invoices/faktur accurately and on time
• Verify supporting documents for invoice/faktur processing
• Perform data entry and document checking
• Maintain and organize invoice/faktur records and documentation
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and related teams
• Monitor invoice/faktur status and follow up on pending documents
• Prepare administrative reports and support the overall administrative process

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance Administration, or related field
• Experience in Admin Faktur, Finance Admin, Billing, or related position is preferred
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Good understanding of Invoice, Faktur, Document Administration & Data Entry
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented, accurate, organized, and able to work with deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in FMCG/Distribution is a plus
