Perusahaan mengoperasikan toko olahraga dan anak-anak, termasuk Planet Sports, Sports Station, Kidz Station, Golf House, Planet Sports, Planet Kids dan Planet Sports untuk wanita. MAP Active Future Leader Program

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving sales target for each department.
  • Coach, Motivate, develop, manage and Inspire a team of up to 10 members.
  • Developing and Maintain Sales, Profit, and Loss (P&L).
  • Delivering Foot Locker fundamental principles of customer service.
  • Set action plans to optimize product and stock management.
  • Execute plans to drive key performance indicators to maximize profitability
  • Maintaining Visual directives and standards are maintained
  • Maintains a high level of customer focus and leads by example with clear and engaging communication
  • Enhance brand loyalty by empowering the team to create a natural and personable experience for customers
  • Develop a balance of strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
  • Becoming the brand ambassador.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Willing to work in operation shift and be placed all over the place in Indonesia.
  • Possess excellent skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Having at least 1-year internship experience is a plus.
  • Good communication skills, agility, high adaptability, and resilient towards the challenge, strong, analytical and problem solving.
