1. Senior Key Account Manager Mini Hyper Super

Work Location: Head Office

Job Description:

• Drive growth and profitability across Key Accounts in Minis, Hypermarkets, and Supermarkets.
• Lead execution of key commercial plans, including customer expansion, new product launches, contracts, and portfolio strategy.
• Build local initiatives and propose business plans to unlock growth.
• Ensure strong execution across Modern Trade customers and maintain sales routines, KPI reviews, and reporting.
• Manage day-to-day operational engagement with distributors.
• Support Route-To-Market execution to ensure sustainable performance across accounts.
• Help implement distributor management strategies, including performance monitoring and business reviews.

2. Senior Buyer – Commercial

Work Location: Head Office

Job Description:

• Procure goods and services for commercial spend while ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Develop sourcing strategies and manage supplier relationships to support business needs.
• Monitor delivery schedules and PO due dates to ensure goods and services arrive on time.
• Stay updated on market intelligence and the latest technologies to identify opportunities for improved efficiency.
• Oversee proposal planning, contract administration, and the preparation of contract briefs, revisions, and change notices.
• Track contract authorizations, correspondence, amendments, and deliverables while maintaining detailed and organized contract files.
• Monitor contractor performance and contract status, progress, and deliverables to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure contract execution complies with company policies, legal requirements, owner specifications, and government regulations.

4. Project Engineer

Work Location: Karawang and Pasuruan Plant

Job Description:

• Coordinate and develop organic capital project plans for factories and packages.
• Monitor performance of organic capital projects, including schedule, scope of work, budget, and quality of execution, with post-mortem reviews for completed projects.
• Organize routine project financial and status reports.
• Lead located factory project execution, including budget, schedule, scope, and quality management.
• Coordinate financial business case analysis to justify spending necessity and payback.
• Coordinate capacity and practical utilization analysis for all factory production lines.
• Support KHMS engineering section implementation for SEA factories.
• Support development of the 5-year strategic CAPEX master plan for SEA factories.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering.

5. Packaging Engineer

Work Location: Karawang

Job Description:

• Develop, optimize, and improve packaging processes and equipment to enhance product quality, operational performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Commission and implement new packaging projects on new and existing production equipment, including machine qualification, commissioning, and start-up activities.
• Troubleshoot packaging machinery, process, and quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Drive packaging productivity and efficiency improvements, including OEE improvement, downtime reduction, scrap reduction, and cost reduction opportunities.
• Ensure packaging solutions are compatible with manufacturing equipment and production processes, while supporting packaging optimization and sustainability initiatives.
• Lead and/or support RFCA, packaging trials, and equipment/process validation on production lines.
• Support the development and implementation of packaging standards and specifications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Packaging Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in mechanical engineering, packaging machinery, manufacturing processes, and machine automation and controls.
• Experience in commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives such as OEE, productivity, downtime, and scrap reduction.

Job Description:

• Perform and oversee preventive, corrective, and lubrication maintenance activities.
• Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and promptly.
• Support investigation of breakdowns and lead implementation of corrective actions.
• Lead optimization of start-up, shutdown, and major maintenance interventions.
• Track and report maintenance indicators, including downtime and process measures.
• Implement and continuously improve DMSs, including defect handling, breakdown elimination, cost control, work execution, preventive maintenance, and lubrication.
• Build capability of operating teams in AM and PM activities, and coach operators and line leaders on defect handling and maintenance routines.
• Assist team members with technical issues and advanced problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, KHMS, FSSC 22000, and safety standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

7. Continuous Improvement Lead (Contract Based)

Work Location: Karawang Plant

Job Description:

• Lead loss elimination and continuous improvement in the assigned area using the KHMS Zero Loss program, reliability tools, RCA, and UPS.
• Own Centerline DMS deployment, equipment standards, and process control systems, including CIL, CL, defect handling, and related change management.
• Maintain structured loss analysis, track the CI action pipeline, and use data to identify priorities and root causes.
• Coach operators and team leaders on 5S, CIL, CL, and structured problem-solving, while delivering training and One-Point Lessons to build capability.
• Drive daily execution by spending significant time on the floor, observing losses, supporting operators, and leading CI routines.
• Participate in DDS meetings and partner with Process Owners and Maintenance Leads to align on priorities and improvement actions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, TPM, or Production; experience with KHMS, WCM, or Lean Manufacturing is preferred.
• Understanding of and hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing and Autonomous Maintenance.
• Proficient in structured problem-solving, with the ability to analyze data and identify root causes.
• Experience delivering training.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel for data analysis; familiarity with DMS or other manufacturing systems is a plus.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.

8. Area Sales Leader FS (1 Year Contract)

Work Location: Manado

Job Description:

• Drive business growth and achieve sales targets within the targeted profitability in the assigned area.
• Ensure products are delivered perfectly to consumers, while consistently improving sales and distribution as part of daily routines.
• Act as a key contributor in implementing Go-to-Market initiatives in the assigned area, including executing and monitoring daily operations with distributors and internal teams.
• Ensure sales processes are carried out in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Serve as the daily point of contact between Kraft Heinz and distributors.
• Manage, develop, and lead distributor teams in the assigned area.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in handling Food Service within an FMCG company.
