1. Compensation & Benefit Manager
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
- Min. five years of related experience required.
- Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, good with numbers and spreadsheets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Learning & Development Associate
Requirements
- Passionate in HR, training and developing people
- Min. 5 years experience in HR or related roles.
- Strong analytical skill and fluent in using excel/spreadsheets
- Fluent in English, preferable in writing.
- Good public speaking and training skills.
- Experience in using SAP Successfactors is preferred.
3. Talent Acquisiton (Tech) Associate
Requirement
- Strong hiring experience with min 2 years specifically in hiring for Tech Positions (Engineering, Product, Data, Design) in all levels from junior to expert.
- Min. Bachelor’s degree from any major.
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
- Strong organisational skills with a focus on details and accuracy.
- A high degree of flexibility; proven ability to plan, organise, and manage multiple complex projects, and to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in the organisation & communicate effectively regarding sensitive & confidential matters.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
4. Talent Acquisiton Manager
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or relevant field, plus at least 4 years of relevant administrative and recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in a leadership role within Talent Acquisition.
- Knowledgeable of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
- A high degree of flexibility; proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple complex projects, and to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in the organization & communicate effectively regarding sensitive & confidential matters.
- Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and customer-service orientation skills, with the motivation and ability to function independently or as a Team Leader.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written (especially content writing skills for Employee Branding would be a plus).
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
