1. Product Engineering Supervisor

Requirements:

• Min. S1 in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with at least
• 5 years of experience in the electronic industry
• Experience in management and electronics equipment design
• Good communication skills in English; Japanese proficiency is a plus
• Experience in sales and marketing is preferred

2. Production Supervisor

Requirements:

• Min S1 in Industrial Engineering orrelated field.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing or production environment; Atleast 1–2 years in supervisory role (preferred)
• Understanding of Production processes & workflows; and ability to analyze production data and identify issues
• Understanding Daily production planning and execution Line balancing and manpower allocation
• Proficientin work measurementtechniques, including Time Study / Motion Study and Productivity Analysis (4M)
• Excellentleadership, logicalthinking, and cross-functional communication skills to align with other sections effectively.
• Strong in: Excel /reporting tools

3. Die Maintenance

Requirements:

• Minimum D3 in Mechanical Engineering and Design Engineering
• Good understanding of dies knowledge, especially in molding or stamping.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings.
• Able to operate engineering design software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Able to perform dies assembly and disassembly.
• Experience in dies maintenance or dies design will be an advantage.
• Good English communication skills and able to work effectively within the team.

4. Production Leader

Requirements:

• D4/S1 in Industrial Engineering or relevant majors
• Strong understanding of production and process, with the ability to analyze data and identify root causes of issues
• Strong understanding in manpower allocation and cost management
• Proficient in work measurement techniques, including Time Study / Motion Study and All Productivity Analysis
• Good analytical thinking with strong continuous improvement skills
• Strong in Excel / reporting tools

5. Production Maintenance Technician

Requirements:

• Minimum D3 in Mechatronics Engineering
• Able to perform mechanical and electrical machine troubleshooting.
• Able to use CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Able to read and interpret electrical line diagrams.
• Understand TPM, including Autonomous Maintenance and Planned Maintenance.
• Able to modify PLC programs or HMI screens.
• Good English communication skills.

6. QA Staff

Requirements:

• Min D4 in Electrical or other relevant majors.
• Proficient in using inspection/testing instruments.
• Good understanding of QC tools and audit process.
• Good understanding and analytical skills in electronic circuits
• Preferred to have experience or interest in embedded system.
• Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 implementation.
• Good communication in English.

7. IPQC Staff

Requirements:

• Min. D3 in Electrical Engineering or any relevant majors
• Proficient in using electrical instrument & mechanical tools
• Good understanding of electronic circuits, including analog and digital circuit analysis.
• Able to perform troubleshooting related to electronic circuits
• Good PLC proficiency, including understanding of ladder diagrams.
• Good communication in English and able to work effectively within the team

6. Supply Chain Staff (PPC | Procurement | Purchasing)

Requirements:

• Minimum D3 in Industrial Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, or related majors.
• Have experience in production planning, MRP, delivery schedule control, inventory, and supplier management.
• Have knowledge of procurement, costing, business process, Excel, and basic statistics.
• Good negotiation, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, logical, and structured thinking.

7. Stamping Production Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum S-1 in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering with 4 years experience in relevant fields.
• Strong hands-on experience in stamping dies and stamping production management.
• Experience in leadership role experiences.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Good communication skills and English communication skill.

8. Internal Control Officer

Requirements:

• Minimum D3 in Industrial Engineering, Management, Accounting, Economics, or any relevant majors.
• Strong interest in internal audit, with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Experienced in drafting, implementing, and maintaining Internal Procedure or WGS.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Location: Cikarang, West Java
