1. Language Professional Staff (Mandarin)

Responsibilities/职责:

  • Project Management/专案管理
  • Communicate & Cooperate with Different Stakeholders of the Company/与公司内部各单位沟通及合作
  • Assist & Responsible for tasks and projects assigned by Supervisors/协助和负责主管安排的任务及项目

Requirements/条件:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree or above/学士学历以上
  • Language Capabilities: Mandarin (preferably HSK 5, ability to speak English is a huge advantage)   /语言能力: 中文 (通过汉语水平考试 5 级优先, 拥有英文沟通能力优势)
  • Project management skill/专案管理能力
  • Problem-solving & Analytical skills, Presentation skills/问题分析與决绝,演讲及简报技巧
  • Willing to Learn/Try New Things/愿意学习/尝试新事物

2. Finance and Accounting Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Financial Reports & Statement
  • Develop Financial Analysis & Internal Audit
  • Develop a Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) report.
  • Develop Fluctuation Sales & Report
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/Tax

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/Tax
  • Understand IFRS & PSAK, SAP Application
  • Good in English Spoken & Written (Minimum TOEIC 550/ TOEFL ITP 560)
  • Good personality (responsible, optimistic)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome

3. HR Recruitment & Staffing

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the manpower planning
  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment & provide feedback accordingly
  • Review the salary offer that aligns with the company’s regulation
  • Assist and administrative tasks to complete the candidate onboarding process
  • Handle the probation evaluation and conduct the exit Interview
  • Update the recruitment and staffing reports
  • Keep updating the recruitment trends and utilize various channels (job boards, social media,etc.)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Psychology, or Management (SDM)
  • Ability to speak English fluently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and methods
  • Familiarity with using job portals or recruitment tools across the channel
  • Good Analytical skills to address issues and improve processes

4. ESH Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Joint inspection regularly (fire safety, safety, health)
  • Supporting regarding ESH audit
  • Inspection monthly, weekly, daily report
  • Supporting ESH drill
  • Responsible for document control

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Any Major (preferably major in public health)
  • Understand Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) practices and regulations.
  • Can operate MS Office (word, excel, ppt, etc.)
  • 1 year of working experience, fresh graduated welcome
  • Understand mechanical maintenance.

5. Export & Import Staff (Serang Area)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all of the Export and import process or responsible for Local export and import process in Bonded factory
  • Create a customs (BC) document of export and import on system
  • Communicate with supervisor, marketing from factory, customs officer, and etc.
  • Checking and make sure for process Export and Import

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in international Trade or Any major.
  • Proven 2 years of working experience in Export and Import Manufacturing company with Bonded Zone
  • Familiar with customs document of Oversea: BC 2.3, BC 3.0, and BC 3.3
  • Familiar with customs document of Local : BC 2.7, BC 2.6 1, BC 2.6 2, BC 4.0, BC 4.1 and BC 2.5
  • Familiar with IT Inventory system, PEB, and PIB system. SAP system is a plus
  • Able to use MS Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with customs audit is preferred and plus

6. Legal Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Provide commercial legal support to all departmental projects and job functions
  • Oversee compliance with legal and statutory requirements of the company
  • Analyze policies, guidelines, and procedures for legal compliance
  • Manage agreements and other legal documents database and organize executed versions of contracts
  • Analyze legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence
  • Manage dispute resolution involving unions, management, employees or government agencies, etc.
  • Manage and evaluate all regulations and legislations for licensing activities and ensure appropriate implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience. Combined exposure of a law
  • Significant experience in drafting, reviewing, completing legal documents both in English and Indonesian
  • Hence a high proficiency in English is a must.
  • Strong legal knowledge of associated legislation, regulations guidelines, corporate law, analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge in the Manufacturing Industry is an advantage.
