Berlokasi di Karawang, Jawa Barat, perusahaan ini memproduksi komponen transmisi dan suku cadang presisi kendaraan roda empat untuk pasar domestik dan global.

Talent Acquisition & Development Staff

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Support the preparation, implementation, administration, and documentation of Assessment Center activities.
• Prepare assessment reports and competency-based development recommendations.
• Maintain and manage databases related to assessments, talent management, and employee development.
• Support talent review, talent mapping, and succession planning processes.
• Coordinate the implementation of internal and external training programs.
• Prepare training materials, administrative documents, and program documentation.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development initiatives.

QUALIFICATION :

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology.
• 1-2 years of experience in Assessment, Talent Management, Recruitment, or Learning & Development.
• Proficiency in administering and interpreting psychological assessment tools.
• Strong understanding of competency-based assessment and employee development concepts.
• Knowledge of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), training material development, and training effectiveness evaluation.
• Ability to organize and coordinate training and leadership development programs.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
