Management Trainee Sales

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
• Graduates or less than 1 year experience
• fast learner, ambitious, proactive, energetic and persistent
• Strong motivation and strong negotiation in sales department
• Good interpersonal and communication skills “able to work in the field”
• Ability to work well under pressure and “have a Can-Do Attitude”
• Willing to be located throughout all areas of Indonesia
• Penempatan : Sesuai kebutuhan dan penyesuaian domisili

Jobdesk:

• Study the company’s business model and understand the company’s values ​​and vision and mission.
• Complete the work that has been arranged by the company leadership
• Achieve the sales targets given by the company
• Follow the orders and directions given by the company leadership
• Observe and learn from the experiences of other colleagues and superiors.
• Make daily and monthly sales reports and review work results.
• Responsible for opening and developing new markets within the HoReCa segment (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés) to achieve sales targets, increase product distribution, and continuously expand the customer network.
• Responsible for opening and developing F&B channels, as well as progressively expanding the ice station business and One Meter Gelato outlets to support company growth and target achievement.
