PT Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia (RCTI)

PT Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia (RCTI) adalah salah satu jaringan televisi swasta di Indonesia yang dimiliki oleh Media Nusantara Citra (MNC). RCTI merupakan stasiun televisi swasta pertama di Indonesia.

Didirikan awalnya sebagai perusahaan patungan antara Bimantara Citra dan Rajawali Wira Bhakti Utama,[1] RCTI pertama mengudara pada 13 November 1988 dan diresmikan 24 Agustus 1989 pukul 13.30 WIB. Saat itu, siaran RCTI hanya dapat ditangkap oleh pelanggan yang memiliki dekoder dan membayar iuran setiap bulannya di Jakarta. RCTI melepas dekodernya pada 24 Agustus 1990, setahun setelah mulai mengudara secara resmi, yang menandakan dimulainya siarannya secara free-to-air walaupun masih berstatus stasiun televisi lokal. Tiga tahun kemudian, pada 24 Agustus 1993, RCTI resmi bersiaran secara nasional. Sejak Oktober 2003, RCTI dimiliki oleh Media Nusantara Citra, kelompok perusahaan media yang juga memiliki GTV, MNCTV, dan iNews.

1. Asisten Produksi

Tanggung Jawab

• Membantu mengoordinasikan seluruh kebutuhan produksi agar proses pra produksi – produksi – post production berjalan lancar.

Spesifikasi Jabatan

• Pendidikan minimal S1 dari bidang relevan.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai asisten produksi di Production House/Stasiun TV.

2. Sales Manager

Responsibilities and duties:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Lead and manage the sales team to drive revenue growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
• Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role, preferably in licensing, media, or related industry.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Must have solid knowledge of business development and commercial contracts.
• Willing to travel and available to join immediately.

3. Sales Specialist

Responsibilities and duties:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of agreements.
• Achieve sales targets and support the growth of MNC Licensing business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent English proficiency.
• Willing to travel and available to join immediately.

5. Paid Ads

6. Account Executive

Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan S1 semua jurusan
• Pengalaman bekerja minimal 1–3 tahun di Digital Sales atau Media Sales
• Berpengalaman bekerja di media, agency, platform digital, atau influencer agency menjadi nilai tambah
• Memiliki relasi dengan klien
• Menguasai penjualan TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, KOL, Meta Ads, dan branded content
• Terbiasa membuat proposal, pitching, negosiasi, serta membaca performa campaign (Reach, Engagement, Views, CTR, CPM, CPV)

7. Accounting Senior Officer

(Experiences In Consolidation Transaction)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze Financial Statements and management reports accurately and timely
• Handle Financial Consolidation processes, including intercompany reconciliation, elimination, and consolidation entries
• Manage General Ledger, account reconciliation, journal entries, and month-end closing
• Support Budgeting, Forecasting, variance analysis, and accounting compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 2–4 years of accounting experiences, preferably at Senior Officer Level
• Strong understanding of Accounting Principles, PSAK/IFRS, financial reporting, and taxation
• Hands-on experience in Financial Consolidation, including intercompany transactions, reconciliation, elimination, and consolidation adjustments
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to work accurately with large volumes of financial data

8. Road Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage artist’ schedules, contracts, travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries
• Coordinate and accompany artist during events, including liaison with promoters, EO, venues, and production teams
• Ensure artist’ needs and schedules are properly managed, including handling emergencies and last-minute changes
• Provide regular updates on artist’ activities and conditions to management

Requirements

• Excellent written & verbal communication and strong attention to detail
• Strong administrative and problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Account Executive, or Event Organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with good understanding of logistics, itinerary, and route planning

9. AI Promter

Requirements:

• Experience in creating visual breakdowns from drama scripts / screenwriting
• Experience in generating AI Images and maintain consistency of characters, locations, art & property, makeup & wardrobe based on visual breakdown
• Experience in generating AI Videos, maintaining shot consistency, continuity, screen direction and understand camera works
• Offline editing: Able to combining all AI Generated videos into a sequence
