Description :
- Organizational management: design the organizational structure according to the needs of operation management; and updating and improving relevant documents in a timely manner according to the adjustment of the organizational structure.
- Recruitment management: organize the formulation of staffing plans, sort out recruitment needs and personnel recruitment, follow up the registration of hired personnel, and carry out recruitment effectiveness analysis.
- Talent development: according to the business plan, organize the formulation of talent development plan and implement it in place;
- Training management: organize the collection and analysis of training needs, organize the formulation and implementation of training plans; Carry out the selection, management and empowerment of trainers.
