1. Finance Officer

Qualifications:

• D3/S1 in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Min. 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Familiar with internet banking & payment transactions
• Agile, detail-oriented & accurate

2. Purchasing Officer

Qualifications:

• D3/S1 in any relevant major
• Min. 2 years in Purchasing/Procurement
• Skilled in sourcing, vendor coordination & negotiation
• Agile, proactive, with strong analytical & problem-solving skills

3. Electroautomation Technician

Qualifications:

• D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Min. 1–2 years in Electrical/Automation
• Familiar with PLC, HMI, sensors, control panels, calibrators & electrical drawings
• Marine/shipyard experience is a plus

4. Account Payable Officer

Qualifications:

• D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Min. 1–2 years in Account Payable/Accounting
• Familiar with invoice verification, AP processes & reconciliation
• Agile, detail-oriented & accurate

5. System Analyst

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a related role.
• Strong in requirements gathering and business/system analysis.
• Proficient in UML, ERD, FSD, and TSD documentation.
• Familiar with Jira, Confluence, draw.io/Visio, or similar tools.
• Able to read and review Go (Golang), JavaScript (Node.js/React/Vue), and Rust code; advanced coding skills are not required, but a good understanding of programming logic is essential.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL and SQL Server, including queries, JOINS, basic indexing, and database structures.
• Familiar with Jenkins/CI/CD pipelines and basic build, testing, and deployment workflows.
• Familiar with Claude Code or other AI coding assistants for code analysis, review, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and system integration.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

6. Application Programmer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Programmer/Software Developer; Full Stack experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in developing and/or maintaining applications actively used by users.
• Proficient in backend development using at least one of the following: Go (Golang), JavaScript, or Rust.
• Proficient in frontend development using Vue.js or React.
• Proficient in Flutter for cross-platform mobile development.
• Good understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms, error handling, and concurrency.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server, including query optimization.
• Proficient in Git and familiar with Jenkins/CI/CD.
• Good understanding of REST API development/integration and JSON.
• Familiar with Claude Code or other AI coding assistants for development, debugging, and documentation.
• Good understanding of application security.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, teamwork, accountability, and ownership.
