PT Reska Multi Usaha merupakan salah satu anak perusahaan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (persero) yang berdiri pada 2003, fokus bisnis perusahaan ini adalah melaksanakan dan menunjang kebijakan dan program PT Kereta Api Indonesia (persero) selaku perusahaan induk khususnya usaha restoran kereta api serta usaha lainnya. Bidang usaha pelayanan diatas kereta api meliputi, service on train (SOT), perparkiran, restorasi, Loko Cafe, Loko Kiosk, dan Cathering. Awal mula hadirnya PT Reska Multi Usaha, dimulai dari perjalanan sang induk PT Kereta Api Indonesia (persero) mengalami berbagai perubahan dan perbaikan baik dalam status perusahaan maupun kegiatan operasional selama 67 tahun keberadaannya di Indonesia.

Estimator Engineer / Drafter

We are looking for a Estimator Engineer whose job is to draft technical drawings, analyze cost estimates, determine job specifications, find the latest information on material prices and create alternative prices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translating design concepts into detailed, accurate, and easy-to-understand technical drawings;
  • Analyze plans, bill of quantities and other project documentation to estimate costs;
  • Research, source, negotiate, and obtain the best prices and offers from suppliers and subcontractors;
  • Analyze data that can affect costs (such as labor cost and company productivity levels);
  • Assess the financial, technical, and operational risks of projects;
  • Visit project sites to gather information;
  • Stay up to date with the latest regulatory and legislative requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Having Minimum 1 (one) years of project experience as Estimator Engineer Staff / Drafter;
  • SMK/D3/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or any related field;
  • Proficient in 2D and 3D computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Building Information Modeling (BIM), SketchUp, SAP2000/ETABS and other similar software;
  • Having an understanding of project management to identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage changes within the project scope;

Preferred Qualifications

  • Attention to Detail, thorough and observant in calculations and willing to conduct field surveys;
  • Having the ability to analyze data;
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with the Engineering team and a fast learner person
